Joseph was great came over and fixed the drainage issue in one of our bathroom sinks and explained what he did and gave a nice discount. Also took the time to show where there might be issues in the future and how to deal with those when they come

Had a main line clog at 6pm on a Friday. Called and was told someone would show up within two hours. Before the two hours were up, Derrick arrived, assessed the problem and quoted me a good price to fix the issue without trying to upsell me. He was very professional, and did a great job.

Had a leak at the water meter, somewhere along the sidewalk. Got a same day appt with a window of two hours. Got a call giving me the plumbers ETA. Johnnie arrived in a well marked truck earlier than stated. Thanks for respecting our time and the emergency nature of the situation. Johnnie was respectful. Explained how he arrived at his diagnosis, and gave a estimate both verbally and written. He took about two hours to replace the pipe, including a trip to Home Depot and some excavation to extract and install the new section of pipe. He kept us informed at every stage and answered all questions with clarity. Very friendly. And trustworthy. Gave a senior discount and updated the work order to include a year's warranty on the work. And did a good job at restoring the water meter housing, all the extra dirt inside the housing, he spread on the lawn so it was not just one big pile of wet dirt...he was metriculous about making the housing flush and level....and he cleaned up the site to our satisfaction. Highly recommend. Ask for Johnnie.

This is my second time getting a service from Roto-rooter. This time I received a great service from Derrick Morales. He is friendly and knowlegeable with my water heater issue. He fixed it and also stayed long enough to make sure it was working before leaving. He also gave feedback on some other issued he was noticing and made some product recommendations. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

We had a little emergency in the kitchen sink. It got clogged on the worst day possible. I called Roto- Rooter and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They sent a technician early in the morning which worked out great. They sent a technician by the name Angel. He was very professional and thorough on what needed to be done. The job was done efficiently and promptly. He was very kind and gave us information for over services which could be done in the future for preventative care. If I can give Angel more stars I would.

I had Angel and Johan out for a quote on a new garbage disposal, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the different options available. Instead of a high-pressure sales pitch, they gave me honest recommendations based on what my kitchen actually needs. It’s rare to find such expertise and transparency for a free quote.
