Constraction reviews in Concord, California

Excellent work on the repair of a large double gate that dragged. LOT FENCE WORK responded quickly to my request for an estimate that gave me options as to the scope of work that could be done, prices and approximate life of each option without adding additional $ because of where I live as others clearly did. I believe we went with the middle option which included reinforcing the gate on the inside, using the current wood, installing two new out beams 3ft into the ground with concrete and a small center block to latch the gates at the bottom. Edwardo, Luis and team did a fantastic job with professionalism, good communication and great attitudes. My fence doesn’t drag anymore and my daughter can now take out the garbage without 2 of us lifting up the gate to open it. I would definitely hire them again. Trust is 80% of the job and they were 10/10.

Great experience renovating our living room. Johny’s ideas fit our style perfectly and were handled with care.

We now love spending time on our patio. They stayed on track and checked with us anytime something needed adjusting. The result fits our house nicely and works great for gatherings.

The bathroom renovation was handled so smoothly. Talia made sure we always knew what stage they were working on. The new layout feels more spacious, and the finishes look clean and fresh.

I had a home addition done recently, and Elazar was fantastic from start to finish. The team made sure everything was on schedule, and they were so friendly. The final result feels seamless and exactly what I imagined. Peace of mind throughout the project was a big relief.

Our dining space feels much more welcoming now. Ecostar Remodeling worked efficiently and kept the project running smoothly. The flooring and lighting choices really changed how the room feels.

The updates to our family room brought such a comfortable feel to the space. Ecostar Remodeling stayed on track and explained each step clearly so nothing felt overwhelming. The new layout flows better with the rest of the house, and the finishes look clean and well matched.

Oscar was very professional and executed the job well. He went above and beyond and made the process hassle free. Oscar is very honest and trustworthy. Pricing is very competitive.

I compared 3 quotes from paver companies to replace the cemented driveway with short/long pathways to the front/side yard and a walkway towards the front door. Oscar Landscaping is a saving grace! The owner is prompt to respond, honest and professional. He gave us a wider stone design options than the other 2 companies who limited us with just a couple choices. He worked much better with our budget that covered a bit more design footage and was not afraid taking on the big roots and shrubs that were on/along the way while the others tried to avoid the tree/charge you extra. Oscar simply explained his design, accommodates what we like and patiently walk us through any part of the contract that needed clarification. No surprise issues encountered after signing the contract.

His crew were always on time, hardworking, leaves the areas clean/safe each day. The project was completed in less than 3 weeks. The only critic is the warranty for the labor is less than we wanted. Other than that, we get a lot of compliments from neighbors for their job well done!
Thank you very much, Oscar and company!!!

We hired Oscar Landscaping for a major landscape installation at our residence in Concord. At every stage in the process, Oscar and his crew were professional, responsive and timely: The request for a first meeting, the estimate, final contract negotiation, and the actual project installation. We gave them very specific layout and irrigation plans and they built everything on the plans with a great attention to detail. The crew is very friendly, skilled and experienced. I appreciated that they took the time to update me, and contact me immediately throughout the project, whenever there was a situation or a question for me to review. They installed all of the following for us with great results: retaining wall, backyard paver patio, grading, roof drain burial, drainage trenches in front and back as permeable dry creek beds, ramped paver walkway to front entrance, gravel and steel edge for permeable surfaces in backyard, and an artificial turf area. Our neighbors and family members are always complementing us on the beautiful landscape we now have. I work in the landscape industry for a Bay Area design-build firm, so I had very high standards for the landscape contractor I wanted to hire. Oscar and his crew exceeded all my expectations - I am so glad we hired them for our project and I highly recommend this company.

Oscar landscaping offered excellent workmanship and exceeded expectations Thank you Oscar I look forward to doing more business with your company..

We couldn’t be happier with Oscar Landscaping’s work on our backyard. Oscar listened to our priorities and put together a vision for the space. After a few adjustments, a plan was finalized. We were updated frequently throughout the project and given the opportunity to make small changes. The work was completed according to the proposed schedule. His crew was not reassigned to other projects once our project began.

We were very satisfied with the completed remodel. Oscar even noticed a drainage problem on the side of our house that his crew fixed for no additional charge.

Oscar’s crew was courteous, professional and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They covered up windows during the demolition phase of the project. They came back and repaired any damaged stucco incurred during the demolition.
