Constraction reviews in Concord, California

Cirino was very pleasant to work with. His his crew was knowledgeable, precise with their workmanship and cleaned up after work was completed. They showed up as per schedule and completed in a timely manner. Cirino also built a custom 14ft double metal gate frame to match new fence. I highly recommend Cirino Fence Company.

Cirino and his crew were great so work with from start to finish. We first hired them to replace a shared fence with our neighbor and to stain it. We were pleased with the quality of the workmanship.

We were so impressed that we brought them back to replace another chicken wire fence and build a beautiful hog wire fence with a retaining wall. The work was excellent, sturdy, neat, and well-crafted.

We did have to call them back to fix some broken boards and touch up some uneven stain, but they were very responsive and made sure everything looked great. On top of that, Cirino and his team offered the most competitive rates we could find, making the whole experience even better.

Highly recommended for any fence work!

We recently had the opportunity to rebuild two fences shared with different neighbors. We each sought bids from different companies. One of our neighbors had worked with Cerino before and obtained a bid from him. His pricing was extremely reasonable; therefore, we chose him to complete our project. Our project was unique because our neighbor wanted to rebuild the existing board-on-board fence and we wanted to build a horizontal fence. Cerino came over multiple times to discuss our preferences. He provided a clear estimate for the cost of materials needed to build a double-sided fence so our neighbor had the board on board and we had a horizontal fence.

Cerino's crew came in on a Monday and by Thursday, they had not only built the double-sided fence but also a new horizontal fence shared with another neighbor. We were so impressed with the work, we had Cerino add horizontal boards to our existing fence on the front of our home. The workmanship was exceptional. The crew started early every day and barely took breaks. They maintained a clean work area and were very professional. We will hire Cerino when we are ready to rebuild the fence on the other side of our home.

The fence was the missing piece to our relaxing space.

Cirino went above and beyond. He blended my idea with his experience and we drafted a great plan that his team executed flawlessly. Price was fair and his team was nothing but professional. I definitely recommend.

Cirino’s team does a great job! We’ve worked with him twice now. First time after a heavy storm our fence got knocked down and his team quickly got us in with a new fence. It’s held up beautifully. Second time a separate fence began falling over. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and put us on the schedule within a week. His team is friendly, fast, and does great work. Recommend to a couple of neighbors who were also happy with their work. Thank you Cirino!

I can't speak highly enough about Cirino Fencing and Landscaping. I called Cirino on a Monday and he came out the same day and gave me a quote. No joke, 2 days later, a beautiful wood-framed black hog-wire fence was being installed in the front of my house. The entire project took Cirino's team took just half a day, and the fence is stunning. It truly has transformed the front of my house, and has made it feel complete. On top of this, the pricing is fair, and the service was amazing. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Cirino Fencing and Landscaping for anyone living in the East Bay.

Cirino’s Fencing did an outstanding job on our fence—it was perfect in every way. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent. They removed our old fence, which had heavy vegetation around it, at no additional cost. Because of the sloped soil conditions, they proactively increased the post hole depth to 40", ensuring long-term stability.
The gate work was especially impressive: they used sturdy 6"x6" posts for the gate while the rest of the fence used 4"x6" posts, which made a noticeable difference. They were very accommodating with our custom requests and even returned to adjust the gate hinge placement after I asked.
Customer service was superior throughout the process. If you need a fast response, calling is better than texting. On top of everything, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Cirino’s Fencing.

Great

Amazing job and service!

Great people, great service! Highly recommend Conco!

Great service in the office and in the field.

I had a great experience with Dmitri during our bathroom remodeling project . He is a very professional general contractor who does lots of good recommendations, has a great crew and does work in timely manner

I wanted a loft built in my garage, and Dmitri visited my place to measure and ask me what I wanted. I didn't have the right terminologies, but we sketched something - he was very prompt and communicative with the plans. He talked me through different options and finished it in two days! The loft is very sturdy.
Thank you.

Dmitri renovated my kitchen that I like very much. He made some wonderful suggestions which we incorporated into the design and I am so happy that we did. Project was completed on time. The quality of work is high.
I love my new space. The kitchen is functional and beautiful. Dmitri was great to work with!

Dmitri installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me. He is efficient and very easy to work with. He communicated when conditions changed mid-project and helped come up with great design solutions. He deals in a very professional manner, and I will be contacting him for jobs in the future.

Dimitri did an excellent job in my kitchen after a leak from an upstairs unit. He is thorough and diligent, with fine attention to detail. You can never tell that there was construction done as it all blends seamlessly. I am connecting with him again for other projects

We just completed a full Master bedroom / bathroom remodeling thru Dmitri company and I’m happy to rate his job with 5 stars and highly recommend him based on bullets below:
• He was always on time, he never missed a day without a warning. Keep project moving to completed in expected time. After hearing many stories that owners are chasing contractors to complete unfinished jobs, you would not be one of them with Dimitri!
• His estimates were detailed, reasonably priced and honest – no hidden fees. Whatever been discussed and agreed before beginning the project, remains the same during and after end of the project.
• All jobs that been done by Dimitri and his team was high quality and according to construction codes and regulations. All City inspections had been passed from a first try!
• No matter how good your plans are, but remodeling existing house, may bring some surprises and challenges. With Dimitri’s experience and creativity, we easily overcome all challenges. His ideas and suggestions helped us adjust our plans and build even better bathroom.

Anis Construction built our bedroom, living room addition also renovated the kitchen and bathroom. Their architect prepared all the drawings, engineering calculations and pulled the city permit. Dmitri, the manager, made the schedule so it would work with ours. He was at the job site every day, supervising his team. They were very neat, precise and following the schedule. We had some changes on our windows, doors and kitchen design during the construction and Dmitri was always very attentive to our desires and fulfilled them as much as possible, so everything would be in accordance with standards and codes.
The job was very smooth and they finished it in three and a half months exactly as planned.
We were very happy working with Anis Construction, we will definitely hire them again and would recommend to anyone.

Dmitri and co were very professional and we had a great time working with them! They promptly responded to our initial request, gave us a fair quote, and quickly completed our garage remodeling project. Throughout the project, he was very communicative about any changes or materials that were needed. He was also very flexible with any changes that needed to be made during the project itself. Would recommend them to others and we will reach out to them about our own future projects!

Dmitri did a wonderful job with our stairs replacement. Even my neighbors are asking for his info. Rain or shine, his dedication to finish the work is commendable. Even with the unexpected discovery of additional work that needs to be done, he communicated the need and recommended solutions in a timely and reasonable manner. I would call on him again if need be for other projects needed for my old home. Thanks Dmitri!

Dan and his crew did our foundation revision. We are very happy with his work. He communicates well and often and is always available when questions and other requests come up.
