Devin Farrel, my sales rep, was very professional and candid. Everything he contracted was delivered and completed. The roof replacement with Timothy, the project manager with his team, to the AC/HEATING installation with their team was done efficiently and completed. A company that follows through with what they say has my loyalty.

Angie was well informed.She was well prepared for the meeting and had already problem solved. She educated us about the problem and identified ways for us to decrease our power demands when PGE fails. We know more out our energy use and how to reduce our demands so the Tesla battery can help when PGE fails. Angie was incredibly well informed and answered our questions.

To whom it may concern: Cesar, Site Inspector, was on time - he called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was professional, answered all our questions, went over everything he was doing today and we really appreciated his expertise. Glad he came to our house!

I interviewed a lot of solar companies before I chose Tamar as the one I was going to work with. Most of them wanted me to rent the system but I wanted to own the system. Tamar listened to me from the beginning and heard what I wanted. From the beginning he had a plan in place and the process went along. I didn’t need to worry about anything because it was done. I definitely highly recommend working with Tamar and his company.

We inherited a solar system and a power wall when we purchased our house, yet we were still getting high energy bills. When I reached out to Semper, they assigned an account wrapped to us for a virtual consultation.

Sean was great. His customer service was above and beyond. Sean arrived early to check that the HVAC was all set for today’s inspection. Sean explained what he was doing and how he was doing it. Sean also reset my Nest to maximize its effectiveness. After he was done he showed me what he did and asked if I had any questions. I really appreciated Sean, nice person and hard worker!

We had issues with our new heat pump. We received prompt assistance. Sean came to the rescue and was able to make the necessary adjustments. He was very patient and helpful in explaining how to operate the new thermostat. We really appreciate him.

We’re currently in the process of getting a new HVAC system, and so far, the experience has been outstanding. Kenneth H., our sales representative, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sean H. conducted a thorough and professional site inspection, and Vanessa has been incredibly helpful and responsive with scheduling. Each team member has contributed to making this process much smoother and easier than I expected. I look forward to updating this review as the project progresses!

We had two outstanding technicians from Semper Solaris doing our HVAC installation. Juan F. and Guadalupe C. are extremely knowledgeable technicians. They took special care to insure that our system was properly installed and working to our satisfaction. They were respectful of our property and saw to it that installation of the heater and the air conditioner looked neat and clean. I would highly recommend Semper Solaris. Outstanding customer service!!!

Angie in Technical Support is wonderful, installation went smoothly, we feel like our final numbers For the cost didn’t come out like our salesman had represented, but it was fairly close and we were under a timeline for an energy discount so we just went with it.. Everything is fine until you have an technical issue. The breakdown seems to be with the sales rep local to us - Dimitri. We had an issue with understanding the performance of our system called Dimitri twice he was supposed to come to her house and didn’t - never answered our calls after that and did not refer us to Technical Support where Angie who is wonderful could help us. We ended up calling the 800 number and trying to wade our way through getting an appointment for help. We are considering buying a battery to augment our power and they want to send Dimitri to our house again -no thanks. Why would I do that? The whole Customer Service experience was really hard until I finally got to speak with Angie. Now we’re looking for a battery and I’m not sure I will buy it from them just because of how hard it is to get help. When they called to make the appointment for a salesman to come out for the battery they wanted to send Dimitri and I mentioned that we didn’t want to have Dimitri come because of our experience with him they said oh that’s too bad and just continue to make the appointment. I don’t think they really care. I’m sad to say. We picked Sempre Solaris because my husband is a veteran and it’s veteran owned Now, after this experience, I don’t believe Chosen them had I known.

Willie is the best!!! I missed his call this morning. I requested to be called back today after noon. I just spoke with him. He scheduled an appointment asap. I haven’t had that type of service from Semper Solaris before!! Thank you Willie!! Gait

Solar is up and running! The recent support via Angie C. was efficient and thorough. There was some office miscommunications 6 months ago but that has been resolved. Happy, happy!

My wife arranged for a visit for 11am on January 21. No one showed up or notified us. She tried to call their number multiple times. Either no one answered or she was told she was next in line and hung up after over 10 minutes. I understand why their reviews are so poor.

Brandon the technician spent considerable time, into the evening, out in the cold nasty weather getting our heater back up and running. Truly appreciate his time and patience figuring out the problem and getting it sorted so our house had heat again.

Sean was patient and very thorough. He listened to our concerns regarding our heating problem. Once he found the problem, he kept us informed on the resolution and the outcome. Sean gave outstanding customer service. We are delighted with his work.

Semper Solaris is awesome! We’ve had a system installed for years including 10 panels and whole-home battery. Our true up has been $0, or close to it from the start. We noticed the system wasn’t communicating recently and called for support. Josh was our remote tech, he walked me through the simple fix in about 5 mins and provided links for future information. Great system, great service, great company!

I have been trying to get help with my solar system for over a year, my original installer went out of business. I was ripped off several times by 'repair' people. I finally called Semper Solaris, and finally I will soon have my system up and running . So happy with their customer service and with Brak B. , the tech that came to my house...

We met with Semper Solaris in mid-July and worked with representative Dimitri Salido, to design and install a 40-panel solar system with four Tesla Powerwalls. The system was installed and operational by Early September and we just passed final inspection last Monday - right on schedule.

From start to finish, Semper Solaris was professional, competent, and clearly took pride in their work. Every crew member who worked on our home was courteous and detail-oriented. The end result looks fantastic and performs exactly as promised.

A special shout-out to Dimitri - he has been consistently available throughout the entire process, answering questions, keeping us informed, and making sure everything continued moving forward smoothly. His communication and customer service truly set the standard.
