Josh was great. I recently bought a home with an installed solar system with a Tesla power wall but I knew nothing. Josh took the time to walk me through how the system works. What to keep track of, how to understand the apps and how to use the Settings to maximize the benefits. Thanks Josh.

What a great company! I had an issue with my power wall and called Semper Solaris for help. Josh was assigned, did some research then reached out to me with findings and asked for further info. He made changes to the system, continued to monitor and update me and the problems were solved. Can’t stress enough how awesome Josh was. Great service!

So, had 2 issues with system, company took care of both in a few days, so they seem to be standing behind there product.
Installation took a year, so they could use help on that.

Semper Solaris is a great company! They make the process so easy and without stress! Very professional and quick to get things done!

They lied and told us that our roof was in great condition and installed the solar panels, in fact our roof is damaged and is leaking water and our entire roof needs to be replaced. They should not have installed the solar panels and told us that our roof was in good enough condition to manage them.
Also we have trouble contacting them after installation and they take forever to get back to us. I won’t answer calls but will sometimes respond to text messages. It also took them months before they could even install them. Very disappointed in being lied to about our roofs condition and they still installed the panels anyways.

After a very difficult situation that occurred three years after our solar installation, Jesus Rivera came to our rescue and went above and beyond to rectify the problem.
He was very professional through out our reconciliation period. His communication skills were excellent and his follow up was outstanding. What started as a terrible experience ended as a very positive one!

I wish there was a number higher than 10! Josh was proactive. He called us four days before our scheduled meeting . He was knowledgeable, honest, professional and very helpful in not only solving our problem but explaining it and helping me set up proactive notifications.

I appreciate the swift response from a particular individual with Semper Solaris Angie Corsaro. She has been a wealth of help and information in my view, and is a valuable asset to the company. Please make sure that she is taken care of she surely deserved a promotion.

Sean was great! He is responsive and reliable. Our AC project was a challenge but with Sean’s help we were able to get things straightened out.

I was very impressed with the presentation that Adrian Gonzalez, did for me., he was very knowledgeable of knowing about (Solar) and also knowing about his competition and knowing the products that the competition uses compared to Semper Solaris products. He presented himself with integrity, honesty, respect, and talk to you in a very simple way, and showing you the differences of the other competitors products. Almost 3 years ago I had purchased (Solar) from Kota, which now is out of business. I recognize this year when I had more family members move in that my solar were not producing enough electricity in the winter and I was paying PG&E almost $400 more a month for the winter. Adrian had asked me did I have the app to see how my solar panels were working or charging up now? I told him that then no one ever set it up or show me how to do it so you know he was able to help me to do that and we were able to see how much solar was producing. Adrian said that they said that we should have batteries so that way in the evening whatever is being collected by the solar panel it will charge up to the batteries, which. Kota Never mentioned to me about having batteries to collect power. The only purpose for the battery was for blackouts and emergencies, and that was it. So after his presentation, he was able to set me up with a 17 additional panels that I needed +3 batteries and I was able to save myself about $70 less, when I had a (Son) run presentation and they wanted to sell me 30 panels and three batteries Which I believe was too much for my roof and even Adrian said, Too many that I didn’t needed that many Solar panels. Even the gentleman that came and did the assessment again acted with respect, integrity, courteous, and very honest. So I have to say I’m very very happy with Semper Solaris and to help all these Veterans and also I did it because my son is the first Command Sergeant Major in the army and he’s still serving this country.

I would like to rate my interaction lower, but Angie turned things around and made the interaction much better. I reached out to Semper Solaris a half dozen times and got nothing but a run-around. After 3 months, I finally got contacted for a tech evaluation. The assigned tech failed to make the call, but Angie did. She actually communicated information to me and kept her schedules. She was able to work the problem I was having to a resolution and even communicated with me after hours on a Friday night to go over the problem, the solution, and verify the system functionality. Thanks Angie, you were amazing.

Angie was THE BEST! She is very knowledgeable and was ready for all levels of understanding. She was patient, she asked clarifying questions, and we got it all fixed.

She also explained how things work as she went.

If all the technical reps are as good as she is, you’re in good hands!!!

We contracted with Semper Solaris for our home solar. We were pleased with the results and decided to try their HVAC maintenance service. Sean H. has proven to be an excellent tech and we’re very happy with the service we’ve received.

We had a little issue with a smell of our AC but Brandon came by and fixed it in less than an hour and was very friendly and professional! 10/10

Angie was patient, knowledgeable and allowed time and questions until I was comfortable.
