It was easy to make an appointment, and they were able to come out the next day! The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our clogged sink. Would definitely recommend.

When we had a sewer backup they came out the same day. They explained everything carefully, pros, cons, and costs. They cleared the line, gave us a detailed pic of our old sewer line and provided options for preventing future problems. We will use them in the future.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Geek. We were able to get an appointment the next day, and they arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Michael was very courteous as well and walked through what the issue was.

Our daughter had just bought a house, and the landscape plumbing in the back, was leaking. Her father in law came over to try and help and tighten up the fittings, but they were so corroded that they snapped- spewing water everywhere, including the wall that the hose spigot came out of. There was no way to stop it but to turn off the water to the whole house, which is a disaster when you have 3 young boys and no water to wash or clean.

I talked to Mark at the Plumbing Geek and he rearranged the schedule for one of his men to get out there first thing the next day. Within a few hours he had removed the bad, corroded plumbing, soldered in all new copper fittings and pipe, installed a brand new hose spigot and a new valve so she could turn off her landscaping water without shutting off the whole house.

They were quick, polite, and very professional. And their prices were good as well.

Had an emergency toilet situation and the whole thing needed to be replaced ASAP. When I called and spoke to Mark he reassured me and said "this is what I would tell my mom or sister to do"..when I heard those words I knew I called the right place. With Marks advice and encouragement (the man literally told me before the called ended don't worry you got this) I went and picked out a new toilet to be installed and Marco picked up the toilet, brought it to my home,lugged it upstairs installed and lugged the old broken toilet down. It was done in a timely manner. No fuss and hardly any noise( aside from my nosy dog who barked from time to time). Once the job was completed Marco was clear on what he had done and explained to me things I didn't know or understand about toilets and plumbing before all this happened. He was kind and made sure I understood everything and additional things to look out for future. No complaints here. I made sure to take some cards and will be recommending them to family and friends.

I called Plumbing Geek after the water district inspected the meter and reported a leak. Brian, the technician, ruled out a leak between the meter and the house, and then quickly located the leak at the anti-siphon fill mechanism in one of the toilets. Once located, I declined the estimate to do the repair, since I was confident that the task was well within my DIY abilities. The technician was ok with my decision and charged me only the base $35 trip charge. Brian was respectful, explained what he was doing, and did not pressure me to use his services to make a fairly simple repair. I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Geek in the future.

Plumbing Geek is the best! They are fast, thorough and extremely responsive. They came out within one hour for a garbage disposal replacement, which was greatly appreciated. They will always be my go-to for any of my plumbing needs.

I called at noon and had limited time to fix my garbage disposal. Marco arrived in just a couple hours and had my disposal fixed in minutes. He came back with the supplies to repair our two toilets a couple days later. He even made an additional adjustments to our kitchen faucet on his return visit. The tub faucet in the shower was dripping nonstop for months until we decided to get it fixed. We called Plumbing Geek to see what the issue was. Unfortunately our tub faucet was much too old to be repaired and we needed a new one, along with some other work. Mike did a great job, was on time for the appointment, and everything works well. Very responsive and timely. He definitely knows how to navigate the legal and permitted plumbing process. I love how he offers top tier work so that you have a perfect result for your home. However since this was a rental property he did give a few more economical solutions with a cost-benefit approach to adjust a tankless water heater. 10/10 would recommend and I hope to do business with him well into the future.
