I cannot recommend Phast Rooter and Plumbing enough! After 2 other plumbers failed to resolve the issue, they stepped in and went above and beyond. He had to dig a massive hole to install a clean out drain, removed the toilet to locate the issue, and stayed late on one of the hottest days, working well into the night make sure everything was fixed properly. Jimmy’s attention to detail was unmatched, and he cleaned my bathroom when he was finished! Hardworking, reliable, and truly committed to getting the job done right - this is the kind of expert you hope to find but rarely do! I HIGHLY recommend Phast Rooter and Plumbing.

Professional and efficient. Jimmy scheduled with me at 10pm the night before. Wasn't an emergency, but didn't want to worry about it anymore, so I appreciated the prompt response and ability to schedule, even after hours. Jimmy and Adam both arrived as scheduled, assessed the work to be done, and wrote up a quote. The entire quoted project of a leaking water line repair (primary reason for calling) and then discovering the need to replace corroded cast iron drain lines was within budget and completed the same day. The work was under the house in the crawl space. They worked hard for many hours! Provided before and after pictures for documentation so I didn't have to go into the crawl space myself. They are trustworthy and their work was high quality. I don't have to worry about any of the pipes under the house anymore. I was treated like a valued customer and am truly thankful I found Jimmy and Phast Rooter and Plumbing!

Phast Rooter and Plumbing took care of the problem and at a good price. They did several diagnostic tests and then gave us choices. We ended up with a new ADA toilet and we avoided more costly re- routing of pipes. We were very pleased.

Jimmy showed up promptly, changed the wax ring on our toilet and was done in less than 30 mins. Gave me a fair price ahead of time and performed very professionally. I would highly recommend Phast plumbing to anyone.

I needed what I thought was a hydrojetting to clear out my drain pipes because one bathroom was backing up. I have 2 clean out access points and Jimmy, the owner explained that I won’t need the hydrojetting (which is costly) after I explained to him what was actually happenning. He explained he would snake the cleanouts and recommended a camera inspection to which I agreed to. He performed the snaking along with his coworker of the cleanout closest to the problem toilet. He then did the camera inspection and followed it all the way through the house. He showed me that when the problem toilet is flushed, instead of going forward towards the front of the house to the street, it will go the other direction. He explained that the pipe between the cleanout and the toilet looks to be lower than it should be which is why that the water and accumulated tissue was backing up instead of going forward. He recommended a fix for that problem if I wanted to take care of the problem. The camera inspection showed that other than that problem, my pipes showed no pooling water anywhere. At the end he said no need to snake the other clean out and he threw in the camera inspection for free! Both Jimmy and his worker were cordial and respectful and most of all honest! I will be calling Phast Rooter & Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I recently had a heat pump water heater installed in my home, and Adam and Jimmy did an amazing job! They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jimmy did an excellent plumbing job installing the cleanout pipe. He connected the two pipes neatly, ensured proper flow for easier unclogging, and secured the area with rocks and a clean layer of dirt for a leveled finish. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work! professional, efficient, and thorough!
