I had a fantastic experience with this plumber. He cleared my sink drain quickly and efficiently, and the price was excellent. There were no hidden fees or attempts to upsell unnecessary work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated, and he had a very pleasant, professional demeanor. It’s rare to find someone who is both effective and honest in this line of work, but he was both. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services.

The Jimmy and Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and very straightforward throughout the entire process. They explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. What really impressed me was their honesty and commitment to providing solutions without trying to push unnecessary services. Their customer service was top-notch—friendly, respectful, and reliable. Uriel from Phast Rooter took care of our drainage issue the same day we called. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I got the feeling this was an honest company doing things the right way and will definitely use them again.

After we purchased our first home we knew there were some plumbing issues in our crawlspace. Adam came out to give us an estimate and was the only company that actually went under our home to take photos to explain and help us understand what the issues were and what he could do to help us. He worked with his manager to get us competitive pricing and get us on the books asap.
The day of the work, he was under our house all day! He got everything done in one day (amazing) with minimal disruption to our work day (we are remote workers).
When the work was complete, they were able to explain everything that was fixed and share photos of all the before and after work!
We will 100% be using Phast for all of our future plumbing needs based on the trust, kindness, and expertise their team brought into our home. They are a local Concord company and puts the time and effort into building strong community relationships with Concord residents!

Phast Rooter is legit! They addressed and fixed the problem of the pipe going to the sewage line, installed a new toilet, and installed two new and better faucets outside the house…all with care and efficiency. Bottomline is that they take pride of their work. Communication and transparency are top notch as well. Phast Rooter will be my “go-to” for any plumbing issues I have from this point on. Phast plumbing were the first to respond to my request for service. Uriel from Phast came to my house and assessed the problems that I had and gave me a very reasonable price for fixing the problem. He then proceeded to repair the problem the same day and repaired the problem in a couple of hours. I was very pleased how everything went so smooth from beginning to the finish of the job. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues

Jimmy was great! I explained the difficult situation I was in and he came out immediately to fix my leaking tub handle. I gave him the wrong part so he went and purchased the correct one and installed. Because my handles were so old they didn't work well with the newer parts. I texted him and he again responded immediately. He ordered the correct tub handles and installed them within a few days. He was so kind and didn't charge me for the new hardware! He was always in constant communication as to arrival and answers texts immediately. He also explained I needed to upgrade in the future to prevent the same problem, but didn't try to upsell me. Jimmy is honest, professional, and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Phast Plumbing!

I had a great experience with Phast rooter. The owner Jimmy called me back quickly and made an exception to their estimate policy due to special circumstances in my case. Adam, the plumber who came out, was fast, efficient, and communicated well. He helped me understand my plumbing better, made some helpful suggestions, but didn't try to upsell me on unneeded services. Highly recommend.

These guys were excellent. Jim was very clear in his communications about what the job could be an associated cost. They knocked out the job and did a great job cleaning . I highly recommend them and will definitely have them back if needed.

Phast Rooter & Plumbing was excellent. Our sewer pump had blown off its backstop, and Uriel came out ahead of the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and clearly explained everything he was checking and how the pump system works. Since everything appeared to be functioning normally, he gave honest advice to hold off on repairs and call back only if the issue returned.

Fast call back, fast service schedule for an emergency. Great communication from start to finish. Good pricing point for the work done with big bathroom sink leak, toilet repair and broken fixture replacement. Premier was easy to talk with, cheerful and very knowledgeable with the tasks. We needed a special part that both Pham and Premier came to fix the next day. Both men are very experienced, very friendly and the job completion was very thorough. Everything now works propperly and looks great.
I will be calling Phast Rooter again, when needed.

We had a water supply line leak in our front yard (presumably from tree roots damaging the piping). Jimmy and his team member quickly assessed our situation and started working that same day, finishing by the evening. They dug a completely new route for a new water supply line further away from the large tree in our yard and did an excellent job.

On top of this, his company's use of modern documentation and payment/customer portals is impressive and refreshing to work with. I highly recommend using Jimmy's company for any plumbing needs. He and his co-worker were incredibly kind, logical, and honest in their communication throughout the day. An easy 5 stars.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The owner called me within ten minutes of my online inquiry, and there was a plumber at my home within an hour. The plumber, Premier, was absolutely excellent — He fixed the issue quickly and effectively, even after three other people were unable to solve it and the previous plumber who came by (from another company) was insisting I had to do a much more expensive and invasive repair. Premier was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and why. Everything about the experience felt honest and full of integrity, and there was absolutely no pressure to approve unnecessary or more expensive repairs, just straightforward, trustworthy service.

I recently purchased a home and needed tradecraft experts to further assess items from the property inspection - on a short timeline to meet close of escrow dates. Jimmy got my set up quickly with an appointment the next day and Uriel took great care in looking into all areas of concern. Detailed explain of findings and work estimates were provided immediately after service. I strongly recommend PHAST for inspection and plumbing work!

I’ve used this plumbing company twice now and both experiences have been great. They offer free visits to come out and assess the issue, which I really appreciate. The first time, the technician looked at the problem and realized it was something simple. Instead of trying to turn it into a bigger job, he explained the situation and advised me on the most financially responsible way to handle it.

The second time I needed help, the repair was also fairly simple and again they were honest and very reasonable with the cost. It’s refreshing to work with a company that isn’t trying to squeeze every dollar out of you.

These guys are top notch!! Jimmy and his team are legit professionals and great to work with. They are highly knowledgeable, experienced and efficient! We had various plumbing issues in our older Concord home and Jimmy came up with an appropriate plan to resolve all issues. His friendly & hard working team replaced our old malfunctioning plumbing and toilets and also replaced a shower pan per our request. All the work was impeccably done! We are very grateful to Phast rooter and plumbing and we can't recommend them enough!!

Had a great experience with Phast rooter and plumbing. Uriel came out to assess our washing machine drain issue the day after I called to make an appointment. He explained his approach to diagnosing the problem, was able to identify the root cause, and work with the office to get us an estimate for repairs. Ultimately we will need a larger job to fix the issue, but he was able to implement a fix that will hold us over until we can schedule the bigger job.
