Lucas did a fine job on the install of our new water heater. We called first thing in the morning, confirmed an appointment between 1-5PM and after calling to confirm our availability he arrived early around 10:30AM. He did a fine job with the install in about 90 minutes. He even went the extra mile by securing a separate copper water line to the wall that was not associated with the water heater to ensure its safety in the event of an earthquake. Great Job!

Lucas was my tech for this visit, he was professional and great at explaining the work and code work that needed to be done. But most importantly the functionality of why the code protects you and your home. He was able to replace the water heater in less than 2 hours and explained all its functions: re-lighting the pilot, maintenance flushing, and warranty.

Lucas with Water Heaters Only responded to us losing hot water immediately and came to our house on New Years Day! He was fast, professional and explained the issues with our water heater very clearly. He then went over our options and benefits to each. What an absolute delightful experience. Our water heater gave out after 14 years. One phone call to Water Heaters Only, and they scheduled Lucas to come out. Lucas was in communucation as to when he was on his way, nearby and arrived. He actually had a new one in his van, quickly installed it, cleaned up and was gone all within the time frame given. Contacted Water Heaters Only when our water heater died. They were able to schedule a technician within the hour. Lucas called to give an ETA & arrived promptly. After trying to restart our water heater, he advised to replace it & offered 2 sizes, suggesting we could opt for a smaller unit. We chose a larger unit as the price difference was minimal. Lucas said the job would take 2 hours & that included cleanup. I definitely recommend Water Heaters Only. Thanks to them & thanks to Lucas!

Wesley the technician who delivered and installed my new water heater came promptly, was very professional, courteous, efficient and patient with answering technical questions. He also did a good clean-up. Hot water was running again 15 minutes after he finished.

Wesley, our tech, arrived right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer our questions on the spot. This group is amazing. Called at 1:50 PM, our tech Lucas was on site by 2:30, and by 3:30 the new water heater was installed and up and running. Price was reasonable compared to other groups, and you just can’t ask for a better service.
