Lucas was the technician who helped us fix our broken water heater. He was very polite and extremely helpful to work with while fully demonstrating his professionalism. He installed the new water heater extremely efficiently and looked for areas to improve on regarding the previous install. We were very fortunate to have Lucas as our technician as he displayed costumer focus and support. Also, he was incredibly helpful with dealing with financial institution including Paul. Called at approximately 10 am and Sean was on site at 12:30. Early part of the window. He was very professional and work was done by 3:30. Very clean. Wouldn’t even know Sean was there except for the new water heater. Only issue is I can’t find the written warranty in the invoice paperwork. I would recommend WHO to anyone

Had my water heater break and within 1 day I was able to get this company to come out and replace it. The tech Lucas was great and highly efficient. He had it replaced within a couple hours. Pricing was also competitive with what a 40 gallon tank replacement costs. Would recommend.

We used Water Heaters Only to replace our 75 gallon water heater a couple of years ago and they did a good job (and were priced right). We have a second water heater that just started leaking and so I called Water Heaters Only and they were out very quickly to replace this water heater and a good price. For replacement Hot Water heater. Called for appointment, was scheduled two days later. Tech arrived in the middle of the four hour window scheduled. Removal of the old water heater and installation of the new took about two hours. All very prompt and professional.

Had my water heater replaced on September 4, 2025. The service tech, Lucas, had stop by the day before and examined my old water heater. It was leaking and had to be replaced (Guess I got my use out of it since it was installed approximately 19 years ago 😉). Lucas offered to replace it that day but I wanted to clear out some room in the garage to make it easier to get the the new water heaters in. We made an appointment for 1 PM the next day.

Lucas showed up on time (giving me a call before coming to my home). I was impressed with Lucas' knowledge and professionalism. He immediately got to work and replaced the water heater in a little over 2 hours time for the price he quoted me the day before. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only and Lucas!

Lucas was terrific, he let us know how we can keep the water heater serviced in the years to come. He did a wonderful job draining and removing the old water heater and installing the new one.

No complaints except the price, which was to be expected. They were able to come the following day to replace an old water heater and add a ball valve after calling after hours the previous evening.

We had a Sunday water heater problem and called Water Heaters Only. We received instructions on how to turn off the water and made an appointment for the next day. Lucas came out promptly, answered all questions, worked efficiently, even went to the trouble to tape a vent he noticed that needed some attention. We are satisfied with a job well done.
