This company is dishonest, they would not return my deposit after I got a better quote. The office staff ignores phone calls and gives you the run around.

We had a slab leak and needed everything rerouted. Esteban explained what he was doing every step of the way, and even though the final price was higher than the estimate we were happy to pay it. It was a lot of work, but
him and Salvatore got it done in 2-1/2 days. Would highly recommend this company

David did a fantastic job with my install. He was friendly and professional. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions when he was showing me how it worked at the end. So happy we had the tankless water heater installed. Thank you David.

Osiah was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was fast and friendly. He asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I e used Benjamin Franklin twice already. I’m very happy with their work and their staff members. Even the times I’ve called the receptionist has been extremely nice and very helpful.

I have been dealing with a slow draining master shower for months which was very annoying! Esteban very quickly diagnosed the problem and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue extremely efficiently. Plus he was super nice and educated me in the process. Amazing job! Great company, very easy to work with. They go the extra mile, we have a very challenging pipe replaced and they reset our retaining wall that had to be taken down for the job. Would definitely recommend again!

Professional and friendly. I called and within an hour I had the service technician at my house. He assessed the problem and scheduled the service. They were on site right as they promised. Technican did not leave until everything was in working order. Could not ask for a better service
