Competent and flexible Service installing a seven stage under sink, water filter, with a slide out rack UV filter and pump. Helpful recommendations were given and implemented that I would have missed trying to do it as a DIY project.

Wayne (our tech) was fantastic. He's professional, polite & extremely knowledgeable; it's why I always request him. He's always been honest with me, and is the main reason I stay with Benjamin Franklin

Repiped the house,was fine but a leak under the house this morning. Armando came out and fixed it

He was knowledgeable and flexible as he solved our problem.

Sean was on time. As before he was excellent to work with. Very cordial and respectful. He explained what he was doing and he did it well. You can tell that he loves his work I will be calling BEN FRANKLIN again soon for another job.

Mike was arrived 1/2 hr early and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and helpful. He was very thorough and he was not able to complete the job, but gave us some suggestions in regards to the faucet and the dishwasher. Benjamin Franklin service is the best. Will use them again.

Mike was a consummate professional. He accessed our plumbing problem, went to truck, had parts. Finished shortly. We were relieved to find and honest professional. A shout out to Mike.

Sean performed maintenance on our 3yo tankless water heater. He is a terrific communicator and takes great care to ensure the customer feels well cared for. We always recommend him to friends and family.

Sean Hoffman was prompt, and quickly identified a shear wall member that was located directly behind a Pedestal Sink that was being reinstalled in the same location but higher due to floor installation. He was knowledgeable, provided options/costs and measured our house water pressure.
I will request Sean going forward to eventually replace main valve to house and other plumbing repairs.

He took the time to investigate our unconventional plumping situation throughly and discovered a shutoff valve missed by other plumbers hidden behind our washing machine. Excellent service! Very professional. Always on time and little but pricey but worth the money. I rather pay for an excellent and guaranteed/licensed service than spend a few bucks less tan. Later on would had been a $$ nightmare. Jose was the first representative that came to give me a quote and reviewed everything. And Christian, the second guy who did all the amazing work. Great company. Very satisfied.

I had a plugged sewer line. They showed us on time and did an excellent job of clearing the sewer line. He's sharp knowledgeable. I would recommend this man and service to others He's a great plummer.

Ang was outstanding today. He arrived within 45 minutes of my calling the office regarding a just discovered hot leaky water heater.
He quickly assessed the problem and provided the bad news that I needed to replace my old water heater. He then produced 4 different estimates for the replacement. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive. He is an asset for Ben Franklin.

I was thrilled with the project. The sales rep came right on time to give me an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable) and explained what would be done. Then my water service line project was completed in one day. The technicians (first Phula and then Kami also joined him) on site talked to me about the process and reviewed the progress several times. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. I am so glad I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Couldn’t be happier.
