Fantastic service, from start to finish. We called about a leak on Thursday afternoon, and Plumbing Solutions was the only company to pick up *and* send someone out the next day. They identified a leak from a pin-sized hole on one of our copper pipes, and fixed it in the same afternoon. Couldn't have been more thrilled with our service!

It was our first time using them, and I can definitely see myself reaching out again for any future plumbing needs.

Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to review different options with us for our plumbing need. He also gave us a clear picture of what each "stage" in our repair journey may look like financially and otherwise. As well as, the best long term solution.

Mike was thorough even though it took a long time to identify the leak was coming from the downstairs toilet flap. I was quite appreciative that he could come so quickly.

PHe told me the crawlspace needed to be cleaned out and referred me to an affiliated firm. When the service man did the inspection I was told it was not worth the $600 - $800 to clean it out. I felt I was being hustled.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to report a blockage within the mainline (from my house to the city connection). Caused by oak tree in front yard and roots getting into the line. Wayne the Service Technician came out, assessed the problem and gave a reasonable estimate for repair. It was urgent and Wayne and his crew got right to work on it. That same day Wayne came out and marked the USA (underground service alert) sewer and drain locations. Cal water came out same day and did same. Next they did a trenchless repair and sleeved in the new sewer line by breaking apart the existing damaged sewer pipe and pulling the new one through. All done under the yard, surface remained unaffected. They are now in the process of installing permitted clean outs. Wayne and his crew keep you informed of any water service interruptions during the job. As of now, new line is in place, and service is restored. Waiting on city inspection, signoff and final cleanup around where the cleanouts are (on each end of the new line). Based on what I've seen so far, I have confidence the finished job will reflect high quality.

Nick was able to come out the same day that we detected a leak in our home. He was courteous and professional, while also being able to quickly diagnose and stop any further damage from happening. Nick also stopped to answer all questions that we had and we were left satisfied by his services.

Sean came to my home in response to my plumbing concern. He ended up fixing a different plumbing problem than I had called about and gave me information about my best course of action for my original concern.
Sean was punctual, considerate, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I am going to call this company again. Soon.

Gonzalo was excellent. He did a thorough house plumbing inspection. He explained what he was looking for and said everything looked in fairly good shape. Mike identified small water leaks that should be addressed now. Provided photos of proposed work and schedule to complete. Tankless water heater needed replacement. All work was approved and done efficiently.

I had a toilet leak on my second story that made a mess of the ceiling in my living room. I called in the morning and had someone at my house at 10 am and new toilets installed by noon. The technician was very easy to work with and made the entire process easy. I would 100% recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Efron Sanchez was very professional, respectful, and very thorough with his explanation of what happened to my water heater which ended up needing replacement. He was very accommodating, quick in replacing the water heater, and left everything nice and clean. I respected his knowledge and how he expertly explained things to where I could understand the project. Thank you Efron for making this less stressful as I already was with the whole situation.

The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I really like how the company communicated as well. We have had them work on a variety of issues from leaks to descaling our tankless water heater. They do a very nice job.

Benjamin Franklin handled the emergency with our water heater quickly. The technician (Sean Hoffman) was polite, friendly and he clearly and patiently explained all of the steps of the process and answered all of our questions in terms that we could understand.
