I’ve used Preferred Plumbing several times and the service has been fine. This last time however, I hired them to replace a shut-off valve under my kitchen sink and they didn’t fix it right and they created a slow leak which I didn’t notice for a month. By the time I noticed it, there was water all under and through the lower cabinets. They came to assess the damage and agreed to refund me a portion of the cost. Months later and multiple emails later I have yet to receive the actual refund. I don’t mind them making a mistake, I would have continued to use them but their response to their mistake is too unprofessional and very short-sighted.

I had a leak coming from my water heater. Terrified thinking it was going to be an expensive fix. They came right out and got the problem fixed within the hour. They had the parts with them in their service vehicle. I feel they were very polite, did clean work, and no more leak! Happy customer here.

They came for a drain cleaning that was supposed to take 4 hours.
They invoiced for 4 hours but left after only 1 hour.
And the next it was clogged again but refused to come back, even though they promised me the job would be guaranteed 2 months.

Eduardo at Preferred Plumbing was great. I’m a first time home owner and ran into an issue which required the experience of a plumber. We were replacing some vanities in the bathroom and had an issue that we couldn’t get past. He was able to resolve the issue when he came out.

Going back and forth with them trying get a plumber out to diagnose/resolve a leak from the ceiling in our apartment. I've now taken 2 days off of work and have had to cancel several personal appointments and the problem is still not diagnosed because they continue to be late or not show up at all! First it's "we'll have someone out at 8 or 9am" I call at 10am when no one has shown up, then they say 12pm - it's 12:30pm and still no one here because "technician is on lunch and will be there by 1pm". NOPE. It wasn't until 4/5pm that someone finally showed up and they were sitting in their truck inside our parking lot stating "they couldn't get in through the gate". BS. Wish I didn't have to use this company but it's who our HOA wants to use.

Chris, tech #24, performed great work, was professional, and mitigated the problem. Also came during late hours on an emergency call and stayed until the issue was fixed. I am in an apartment complex so I don’t know the exact price as I am a tenant, however his work was extremely appreciated!

They answered my call after hours and scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. The plumber showed up on time and fixed a busted pipe quickly. Great experience! The price I ended up paying these guys, wasn't too bad. They were quick to come out and get things fixed, and left and picked up the small mess they made. Good service and would call them again

Ayub (Employee #75) did an excellent job fixing a toilet at my workplace that had been clogged for a few weeks. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it without any hassle.

Second time I’ve had these guys come out. Mike P. was awesome the first time, so a couple years later I felt great calling Plumbing Solutions again. This time Brian was super cool and had my problem fixed in about 10 minutes.

Contacted Plumbing Solutions for help on my project and they responded ASAP. They arrived on time- answered any question I had- and did a greatm job. Their pricing was excellent. I would recommend them to any plumbing job

Payed a diagnostic fee for them to diagnose the problem ($225 which is over $100 more than Water Heater Masters which they apply toward any work needed to be done. Plumbing Solutions does not.) then paid an additional $1000 for them to order the parts and install the parts. The fix worked for approximately 1 week. I asked about a warranty on the initial work and was given 1 year. However, when I called back to report that the water heater was no longer working they wanted to come back out and charge me an additional $225 to diagnose the problem.

Save yourself the headache and money. As someone who almost never posts on a board, when it comes to water heater problems do NOT use this company!! Please save yourself the money and time. After my experience, I would recommend Water Heater Master's if you have a problem with a water heater. Hope this helps!

Called to schedule a service the guy on the phone acted like he could care less about the problem, besides actually Recommended to go with somebody else! WOW, way to do business!! :D Good Job! I told him clearly that I will leave a review for their company. He encouraged to do so. I asked what would be a ball park to fix a clogged sink he said he has no idea, the visit will cost $45, I couldn't compare them to anyone else as you have to pay for estimate..

Armando came by to reconnect my kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher after I had new counters installed. He showed up on time and was incredibly polite and professional. The estimate was $300 lower than a different plumber had estimated the day before! I will definitely be using Plumbing Solutions again in the future.

We recently had to have our sewer main replaced. Jacob and crew were extremely professional,

They are the best. Jacob went above and beyond to help us with two leaks we had at our condo complex, and he even rescued us from a flooding inside one of the units. He is great at troubleshooting! It has been very challenging to find a good plumber for our multi family property. We love Plumbing Solutions!
