BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! EDUARDO YOUR THE MAN! Very honest, straight up stand up guy! We are new to the area and also 1st time home owners. We had a big project on our hands. Our home is from the 50's and definitely needs some TLC. That's just what we got with Preferred plumbing and drain thanks to EDUARDO! Great customer service and very respectful. We had a clog in our sink and Preferred Plumbing and Drain came out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue right away. The technician was efficient, worked clean and was very polite. Highly recommend their services!

This Preferred plumbing and drain is not keeping their words about coming out on time. I was waiting for 4 days for them to come out to unclog the drain.

What happened was they called in the morning, saying the plumber is coming out at noon. No one showed up. By noon, they called and said they would come out by 7pm. No one showed up.

They continued to call from 12/22 -12/26. I told them to stop calling if they can keep their promise to be on time. They did not care, kept calling and shouted at me if I heard them on the phone.

Should this company be on the consumers affairs page for harassing people by both doing unreliable appointments as well as harassing customer ?

Gave them a call one night due to a pipe brusting under our home in Antioch. They weren't able to come out right away so came out next morning. The home had to go without water for a night and some hours into the day but Patrick did all the work and gave us the 10% discount for having to wait. I was not there so I did all the communcation by phone. I spoke with Alexis and did my transaction by phone and was given everything I needed on my end. Glad this plumbing nightmare is over! Shout out to Alexis & Patrick, thanks for you work.

I will never use this company again. My husband contacted this vendor to service our clogged toilet. They fixed our clogged toilet, but it was discovered later, that the contractor stole my necklace. This was a gift my husband gave for Christmas 2020. My husband contacted the company and spoke to one of the higher-ups. We were told to obtain a receipt and we would be reimbursed. This incident happened January 2021 and he we are in October 2021 an no reimbursement. The people who my husband contacted are all of sudden "unavailable". Haven't heard from no one every sense. Customer's please watch your valuables.

Great Service. My water heater was leaking badly at the bottom and I received same service that same day with a replacement water heater. Cost was very reasonable and technician answered all of my questions with confidence. Thank you Preferred Plumbing & Drain!!!

there was an issue with my kitchen drain and they sent a tech named Giovanni to come and take a look. Arlene was very helpful and professional, she gave us updates frequently and made sure we were happy with the service. Giovanni also did a professional job

Had a water softening system installed at a rental. Took several days & different technicians with no clue what they were doing. 5 months later a hose blows off the softener, a technician is sent out, shows up 4 hours late & has absolutely no clue what to do. If it wasn't warranty work I would have never called them back. I hope the someone from the company reads this review. I would be happy to talk to them. Do not use this company if u want quality timely work done.

I’m sorry to read of all the negative reviews here. My girlfriend and I had a great experience with PP&D. Muhammed was sent out to help with an emergency leak in our condo ceiling that was caused by our general contractor when our bathroom was remodeled. Our condo shares a water shut off valve with 12 other units, so to fix any leak or plumbing issues requires cutting off the water supply to 12 homes. In sum, we had water leaking from the ceiling like a rain storm & had to cut the water to all units and call PP&as to save us. Muhammed sped over, told us how he’d fix it and in what time frame. He assured us the water would be back on for the entire building by 5pm and he met that promise. Thank you Muhammed, you saved us !!

It was a Friday evening and I had a plumbing emergency. Emergencies seem to wait for the most inopportune moments, don't they?
Knowing that there are several plumbing companies who advertise one- hour service, I went to the internet and found four such companies so I started calling . Three of the four said that they could come the following Monday or Tuesday. One hour?? that's 72 and 96 hours.
Then I called Preferred plumbing who were pretty far away from my home so I figured that I would be without my kitchen sink for a whole weekend!
Boy was I wrong. Whoever answered said they were pretty sure that they good accommodate me and would call back in 5 minutes. They called back and said that one of their plumbers was on the way home but was instructed to turn around and take care of my emergency. Remember this was in Friday nite traffic .
The plumber showed up within 30 minutes!!.. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate with no hidden costs or other "weekend"caveats.
Once I gave him the OK, he drove to the plumbing supplies store, the round trip of which took 11/2 hours that evening.
He returned and quietly, efficiently and with no complaints did the repair having spent as much time on the road as in my home.

How often does one find a company whose advertising accurately reflects their business practice?

"Preferred Plumbing" certainly earned their preferred name. and my future business.
