Had a great experience with Ron at Bay Area Plumbing. He got back to me within 5 minutes of my call to him and made it out to look at our issue that afternoon.
Instead of just trying to make a sale, he helped us find the most economical solution. Will definitely be using Bay Area Plumbing for all future needs.

Ron with BAP Inc. was professional and very diligent. We called BAP last night and we’re able to get an appointment the next day. Ron diagnosed the issue, and promptly fixed it. He was out of our hair as quickly as he arrived, and also replaced a corroded pipe while he was at it. Thank you Ron!

My toilets shut off valve had a small leak. I contacted Bay Area Plumbing and was helped by Ron. I was just inquiring at first, but was very impressed by Ron’s responsiveness and attention to detail. He had my business from that point forward. Good communication and customer service is hard to find now a days. My toilet was fixed within a few hours of making the call.

I had a backed up sewer and wanted to go with a new company. I started calling plumbers and was getting no answer. Ron responded quickly and was out to take care of the problem within an hour. He was very thorough about his work. He took extra time to explain exactly what was going on so it was clearly understood. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Great service! Ron showed up in less than 30 minutes after I called. Not only fixed what was needed, but he give me advice, and order a part for me to save me money. Ron (The Dutchman) is the only honest plumber in the Bay Area.

Ron was able to come out to our house on the weekend with short notice about a leak in our garage; he was very thorough in his fixes and did a great job. He also helped us out with advice about a few other plumbing issues we were having and saved us from some major headaches. We will definitely be using his services in the future!

We had a great experience with Ron fixing our clogged outdoor drain. It wasn’t something we could do with our own tools and needed it unclogged before more rain comes, and Ron was there to help us within the timeframe we needed. Very responsive and timely! Highly recommend!
