They scheduled my service quickly and came within 24 hours to install my fridge water line. The installation was done efficiently, and everything works perfectly. Great service — highly recommend!

Ray Alvarez has come to do work for us twice now. The first time he replaced outdoor faucets front and back (2024 $839.00). His work and piping were outstanding. This time he installed a 2nd external cleanout for our sewer line and augered the line afterward (2025 $1,461.00). Once again his work speaks for itself. We appreciate his professionalism and would happily have him come out to help us in the future. The price from Service Pro Plumbers this go-around was a bit of sticker shock, but Mr. Alvarez's work is consistently solid, so we felt it was worth the expense to know our issue would be solved the right way and in one go.

Technician JP did an awesome job explaining diagnosing my plumbing issue and offering several options to repair. He was professional and timely to our appointment and respected my home as he had to navigate through several area of our house to resolve the plumbing matter. If I ever need plumbing repair, I will certainly call Service Pros. The truly are “service pros”.

Joe Choc, is highly recommended. I had issues with other plumbers but he is so experienced that he was able to fix my problematic bathroom faucet in few minutes. Nice guy too.

Our experience with Service Pros Plumbers on a recent leak detection and repair problem deserves a “rave” review! Ray, our service technician, was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and professional, from his first visit to assess the problem to his final visit to complete the repairs. Costs were clearly disclosed and pricing was fair. We were sufficiently impressed with Ray to expand the scope of work to include replacing toilets that we already knew were beyond their useful life (our independent decision, not ‘pitched’ by Ray). Ray helped us navigate through the leak, giving us time to determine if mold was present (it was, and will be remediated) and assisted us in dealing with the delivery of a broken toilet from the vendor.
I don’t wish plumbing issues on anyone, but if you have them, call Service Pros and ask for Ray. We’ve had more than our share of plumbers at the house in the past 6 months-- service visits by two other plumbers for different problems. After being overcharged by one, and being unable to get the other to even provide a paid invoice after the job was completed and paid for, both Ray and the cheerful and accommodating back-office folks at Service Pros Plumbers were a welcome relief.

My water heater went out, and Service Pros arrived in less than two hours of my call to assess the problem and provide a reasonable estimate for replacement. Technician Marc did an outstanding job of removing the failed water heater and replacing it with an improved version including all necessary plumbing work for the installation. The work was completed efficiently and with care. I highly recommend their services!

Ryan came on short notice on Dec 23. Our kitchen sink was clogged and backed up. He first assessed the problem and was very thorough explaining the issues we had before and during the actual work. We appreciate him for that. He did a great job!

Service Pros Plumber is fantastic. They answer their phones quickly can schedule fast even on weekends and they are reliable. Ryan has serviced my issues a couple times and he is absolutely the best. He is calm, smart, solves problems logically and does excellent work! He goes above and beyond to get the job done and then some!

Ray Alvarez was professional in his introduction. One of his biggest assets is his ability to listen - I had a lot to say. I had already been under the house. Ray went under the house, confirmed what I had seen, and explained what had previously been done wrong - what needed to be corrected. The toilet was re-installed and Ray came back the next day to start and complete the project. I came home from work, inspected his work and was very impressed. I brought my level down under and was pleased to see more drop in the new 60' drain line and the sewer line was finally connected properly and backfilled as it should have been done 10 years prior by another contractor. Workers were neat and clean for a nasty job. My only complaint is Ray killed all my spiders🕷️🤣

Eddie was great, helped us get to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently where the previous service provider had misdiagnosed it.

Project: replacing water valves in Laundry Room: Jaru was very informative about what work had to be done along with the need to cut through our drywall to get to the plumbing. He had to go to the plumbing supply store twice to get the appropriate plastic boxes to house the. new valves. Plumbing job was excellent- now I need a drywall repair person to come and fix the wall. Service Pros suggested someone for us so on to the next project! Thank you!
