We had Chris clean our drain this morning and was very pleased. He fixed our tub clog quickly, but we most appreciated how kind he was to us and our kids (who loved watching him work). He explained what he was doing and was so sweet to answer their questions and chat with them while he worked. We had other plumbing estimates and went with Echo because of their good customer service and I'm so glad we did. He was on-time, courteous, and not pushy at all. Would certainly use Echo again.

Needed a new bathroom faucet installed. Chris came out same day as my call. The one I purchased wasn’t the best option so Chris went to Home Depot and got a better option with a very efficient and easy to use “push down drain plug”. He had other valuable suggestions that were appreciated. Now my sink is working so well. Really liked my experience with Echo Plumbing.

The team from Echo Plumbing & Rooter were great to work with. I had a stopped up tub drain and tried everything to fix it on my own. After a weekend of Drano and snaking, I realised it was time to call in reinforcements. Echo Plumbing & Rooter was able to come out within a couple of hours of my initial call. My interaction with them from the initial call to paying the invoice was positive. They were communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would absolutely work with them again.

I engaged Echo Plumbing and Rooter to repair sewer later damaged by tree roots. It was not an easy job because it required coordination with ongoing other works on the street but as always such issues are urgent. Echo team was able to pull necessary permits from the City and get the job done so swiftly and efficiently.

My shower drain was clogged and had a different plumber come by first. They spent 2.5 hours trying to fix the clog, only to tell me they couldn’t do it and would need to drill holes in the wall or start tearing up the slab to fix it.
Then called Echo Plumbing and they were here in less than an hour. Chris tried the snake, explained what he found (and why the previous guys couldn’t fix it), and offered a creative option that could help. We tried it out and the clog was cleared in no time. Excellent service, and Chris was great to work with. Very respectful, explained what he was doing, what the options were, and got to work. Will call these guys first next time I have a plumbing issue.

Pro: The technician is very confident in his work.
Con: Payment method. Allowed payment Venmo, Paypal. Credit cards, there is a 5% terminal fee. They do accept cash but your change may take a few days for you to get it back based on my experience.

Overall I think the technician did a good job for unclogging our sink. In less than 20 minutes the final cost $250.

I needed my Pelican whole house water filter and an additional water line for my Fridge in the garage installed. These guys came the day we contacted them and gave me a quote same day. We approved it they called quickly back scheduled the appointment next day and it's the best install I've ever seen. They added features I didn't know to ask for. Great job will always use them.

I found Echo on Yelp. Ratings are very good and I called for an estimate. I spoke with Viri to schedule. I had to call numerous times and Viri was very kind and accommodating. Chris and Sahy arrived on time, gave me an estimate, I asked for a price match and they did. Chris and Sahy came the very next morning and installed the new water heater. It looks excellent.

I can not say enough about the service Chris and Sahy provided. They are very good and did an EXCELLENT job. Everything is very clean and thorough. I would not hesitate to call Echo again, as long as I get Chris and Sahy!!

Echo was contracted to connect the sewer to our ADU, and they performed beyond expectations. When the sewer district called for another clean out on the main house, the crew installed it with little interruption to the use of our “pipes”. The also filled in all their work, plus the trench incorrectly dug by a previous contractor. Highly recommend this company!

Juan from Echo Plumbing was terrific. He was able to show me everything he was doing as he ran his high-tech camera through our clean out pipe, on through a sewer lateral. We were hoping to get submit that to city planning before going forward with a building project. Juan charged us less, since he knew the inspection would not be approved. There were. major issues with the pipes, disconnecting in two different places. He took his time explaining everything to me, including how we might proceed with a sewer lateral to an ADU for a future project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and wise, knowing that you want to use the highest performance materials for this kind of work. He explained how the connector that was probably used in the original work was not really appropriate for connecting the clay city pipe to the metal one running through our front yard. I would not want to risk any future work with anybody else but Echo Plumbing!

I am really impressed with their plumber name Sahi. He came with the plastic covers for his feet so he didnt wear shoes in the house. He explained to me what the problem was in detail. He charged reasonable and fixed the issue very fast. I recommend this company/ especially Sahi for any of your plumbing problems.

Called on a Sunday night. Showed up the next morning. Chris C. was very helpful to my plumbing needs. Assessed the issue and providing a reasonably priced quote. Will use them again!

I would not hesitate to recommend Echo Plumbing. They were fast, efficient, super respectful of my home and property and did amazing work. The copper pipes feeding my tankless water heater are a piece of art.
They were also able to replace all of my existing cast iron plumbing in 1 day and I have not had any plumbing issues since.

We really appreciate Echo Plumbing's professionalism and technical expertise. We are particularly impressed with Juan's talents. He is a very intelligent problem solver and an absolute perfectionist.

Juan visited our home yesterday to manage a very challenging dual-sink bathroom drain issue located far downstream of the sink traps. Of course Juan's solution worked perfectly. He even installed a clean-out junction that will make future work a bit easier.

We have lived in our house for 28 years and have experienced several different plumbing companies. By far Echo Plumbing is the best. Our opinion of Echo Plumbing is not based on one visit.

Called at 2:00 pm with a backed-up main drain and they still came out the same day before closing. Chris was professional, persistent, and upfront about the cost before starting, which I really appreciated. It was a tough clog and he tried different snake ends until the line was completely cleared. This is a family-run business that cares about doing the job right. Very happy with the solid effort and the end result. I would definitely recommend them.
