We needed an emergency plumber after a valve broke, which lead us to have to shut all the water down on the house. There were here quickly, when all other companies were telling us Monday.

Miguel was 5 Star plumber. He wore booties on his feet throughout the house, covered the area he was cutting the sheetrock, made sure my husband confirmed the valves were in the direction he wanted and gave us info on future plumbing needs/projects that we have. They are officially our plumbing company!

Diamond Plumbing has been to my house tending to these old AF pipes for 2 years now, each time diagnosing the problem efficiently and taking care of the issue with relevant recommendations and options...

Everytime they come in have peace of mind - even with the bigger job they've just come out to assess and bid.

I highly recommend these guys as they are on time, super friendly, and worth every penny you spend. They are fairly priced and small business / family owned and you can tell they care about their work.

We have used this family-run wonderful!! company (Hugo. Alphonso, Angel & Hugo, Jr.) for the past 6 years … always on-time; never try to push for expensive solutions: always fix the problem (usually pesky tree roots in the pipes); always enjoyable to interact with. UP-DATED SEPTEMBER 2025: Did a large job for us today ... still deserve 5 Stars!!! Nice people to have in your home.

Echo Plumbing helped me with my fireplace after another technician failed. They were very courteous and professional. I really recommend them.

I had my sewer lateral replaced yesterday by Echo. Nobody wants to have this done, obviously. But there was no avoiding it. Echo responded to my request very promptly. Juan came out to my home (exactly on time). He did an in depth inspection and estimate for me (didn’t charge for the inspection, as a lot of companies do). Here’s the part that sealed the deal for me: he looked me in the eye and walked me through every step of the inspection. He answered my questions. He provided me with two options: one to repair the sewer lateral to buy me some more time and one to replace. Within a couple hours of his leaving, he had emailed me the scope of work and the estimate for both of the options. Never once did he ask to speak to a husband or a man of the house (women who own homes, you know how rare this is!). I had several companies come out to do estimates. None of the other companies treated me this way or were this thorough or professional. Juan made the choice easy.

The permits were pulled and processed quickly and he kept me updated on each step. Day of the work he kept me informed. The whole team was efficient, professional, and respectful. He took photos of all the work so he could show me once everything was covered up again. They finished quickly and my front sidewalk and driveway are cleaner than they were before the work.

I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if I need services they offer I will absolutely use them.

I've had a chance to work with Juan, Chris, Miguel, and Javier for all my plumbing projects and issues, and they are all very friendly and excellent with their works! Needed my water heater replaced (it was leaking and causing flooding in my home). Messaged the company after hours through Yelp at 8pm. Quick to respond and were able to give me an appointment from 8-9 am the next morning. Miguel showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, assessed the situation, gave an estimate, and was able to replace my water heater that same day for a good price. Very responsive and great service.

I had an amazing experience with Echo's service. Once I messaged them about an issue with my water heater, they replied right away and were able to schedule me in for that same day, in just a couple of hours they showed up and fixed my problem. Echo plumbing has done some great work with the plumbing in my house and gained my trust to pay with cash to get a discount.

The business was honest until I paid them in cash for a job unfinished and was told by one of their tech's Chris Canas that I could pay him cash in advance and it would save me some money through working through him vs going through the company which would cost me more when getting a new water heater so I paid him in cash.

When the time came for us to get the new water heater that I paid for, Chris changed up claiming he is the most trustworthy person in the world, but lied to my wife and the company telling them that he doesn't remember that, but he wanted cash so he could keep all the money and not have the company a part of the deal.
I can understand that you want to branch out in your own, I am willing to support young entrepreneurs, but why lie about something that you agreed to when the person that sees you vision trusts you to do solid professional business. Then manipulate the paperwork to justify your shady business.

Don't pay Chris in cash unless you talk to Veri the rep or the manager and ensure that what is being discussed is on the up and up and that you get what you pay for. I got charged twice for a water heater and Chris got paid twice for a water heater and labor which he never worked for.

Do not give Chris cash for a job if he says it will save you money if you don't go through the company, Chris says he's trustworthy but not that trustworthy. I planned to work with Chris for the foreseeable future because honestly he does great work, but I will never use his services again. He used my trust against me and is now trying to use the company and its
"good name" to cover up his shady business.

I gave him 1 star but he gets no stars from me for this.

Echo Plumbing did a great job on my water main repair. They were very careful to put my lawn back together after the repair and communicated the step of the repair very well. Thank you for your help, I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Our super great landlord was notified late Sunday night that the water heater crapped out and 8 hours later Echo called to say they'd arrive at 10 am. Chris got here a few minutes early & introduced himself and got right to work. He was very professional and respectful of our chaotic garage. Echo was great! Chris and Sahy came out to our house and took time and care to address our plumbing issues. I really wanted to watch and learn, and they were kind enough let me hover and answer my endless stream of questions. Super clean and respectful. 10/10 would recommend!
