We have worked with Echo Plumbing two times. The first was an emergency repair to our sewer line. They arrived within an hour, spent the day with us, and fixed the problem which prevented us from having to spend a weekend living in a hotel. We then hired them to replace our hot water heater which they did aptly and swiftly. They are professional, well-priced, and pleasant. We’re very glad we were introduced to them.

I had drain issues in bathroom. Had Router Rooter out and they wanted 13,600 to fix. Today I called Echo and within an hour Chris came out and cleared my drain for only $250. He explained everything very well and was very polite. I will always call them.

Excellent Job Again Echo Plumbing
We - My husband and I- hired Echo Plumbing & Rooter to replace our Garbage Disposal; I had already purchased the Make/Model I wanted. We made an appointment andChris C. arrived on time and got straight to work. He setup padding to protect the floor and keep it clean. He opened the box & pulled out all the shiny new components and got started. He disassembled the old disposal. He then assembled the strainer section. He installed, secured/waterproofed the strainer section and certain hoses. Next up was to connect the disposal-guts/grinding chamber i.e. motor. He unwrapped the large motor and discovered that it was not only used, but full of dried-up food waste. I was furious that the product I purchased as NEW (~$250) from a reputable non-big box retailer, that was sealed as new, was instead, rifled thru by a dishonest fake “customer” who swapped his/her disgusting broken/filthy part with the new grinding chamber stolen out of the box and then returned the broken unit to the store as new.
Chris offered to do the exchange, but I wanted to return/exchange the unit myself. Chris contacted his next customer to see if he could start earlier. He could. He left and returned soon after I got home with the NEW (Verified inspected by the retailer NEW Garbage Disposal unit). Chris did a great job, including making good use of his time and I appreciated him acknowledging my frustration with an issue that was no fault of his.
My experience with Echo Plumbing has always been great. Chris and Juan, in the past, have always done an exceptional job. We will call Echo Plumbing first for all of our future plumbing needs. And for the future, we now know they routinely carry new replacement Garbage Disposal Units in their trucks.
P.S. The retailer was responsive and took corrective action. In the future they be closely checking each return to ensure all parts in the return are correct and new as were sold.

The timely response, customer service and professionalism with this company was great I would definitely recommend this company and would contact them again for any plumbing services. Our Tech Chris wasted no time getting parts and getting the job done hassle free in a timely manner. We recently had extensive pipe and drain replacement work done at our home by a team of workers from Echo Plumbing & Rooter and we are so pleased with their work and pricing. I chose them after doing research on plumbing businesses at the Better Business Bureau, and because they were given an excellent rating we decided to give them a call. The team was thorough and each member knew their job well. They worked together like a well oiled machine, and even threw in a few extra items. They went over and beyond what we expected. The material they used was high standard, and their cleanup was par excellent. We are so satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

We had one bath tub stopped up not draining, and the other bathroom shower smelling bad. I found Echo on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I really appreciated that I was able to schedule the appointment with a live person on the phone. Chris came to the house on time and introduced himself. For each bathroom Chris explained what he thought needed to be done and showed us each step of the way what he was doing. He was able to clean out both drains and at our request attempted to install a new shower head which ultimately was defective. He showed us the problem and returned the original shower head suggesting another brand to buy. The work was done swiftly and efficiently and to my great relief cost less than I had expected. I would recommend Echo Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Louis did the plumbing and installed our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and faucets after our recent kitchen remodel. He also moved a gas line for us. He made himself available to come out to our house multiple times to answer questions, remove old plumbing and cap everything (making it so much easier for the cabinet installers), advise us on the sink size, and much more.

He (and everyone at his company) are humble, honest, and true professionals. Louis and his brother Juan are both soft spoken and go the extra mile. We felt comfortable asking them questions and they were flexible and accommodated our every request. And their rates are so reasonable.

My wife and I are very happy with their work. We highly recommend Echo Plumbing. Great people! Awesome service!!

I highly recommend Echo Plumbing! Chris was on time, in fact early, and was extremely courteous and efficient.
He fixed my leaking shower valve and it looks beautiful. I have 2 other full bathrooms in my house and I will be calling Echo Plumbing again to come out and replace old shower/bath faucets and valves.

I had the dreaded roots entering my sewer system and I am thankful that I decided to call Echo. Chris did a wonderful job responding, diagnosing the problem, and walking me through the entire process. Trenchless ended up being relatively affordable repair and they kept me in the loop throughout. I also took care of a smaller repair and they did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend their work and customer service.

Thank you Echo Plumbing & Rooter!!! We had an urgent plumbing issue today and Chris arrived within an hour or so to help us. He was amazing! We had a very bad plug in our drain system and he was very diligent and creative with his response. When the typical snake didn't work, he looked under the house in the crawl space to ensure we didn't have a leak, and then he had additional resources and equipment come out to complete a high pressure water cleaning to remove the plug in the line. They were very patient with all the questions I asked as they were showing me the 100 feet of line on the camera. We learned that longer term our aging pipe needs to be upgraded to improve the system performance. They didn't put pressure on us to add on any extra items and worked to keep the costs down for us. I was very impressed with their knowledge. They are a small business that provides outstanding customer service that far exceeded my expectations (which are very high!). I plan to refer them to everyone I know and they will be our go to plumber from now on. Thank you!!!

I contacted Echo Plumbing over a suspected leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. Chris came out and was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to determine the source of the leak and had my shower running flawlessly shortly after. I'm glad I found a reliable plumber and they will be getting my business going forward.

I called for an appointment late afternoon and was able to schedule for the next morning. They arrived promptly in the time window they provided. They diagnosed that the clogged, backed-up sink was due to old cast iron pipes and needed to replace the pipe leading to the drain. They also needed to snake the drain to remove the clog. They provided me with the details and cost and began to work on the issue completing the task in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was happy with the professional service and quick turnaround. Echo Plumbing provides quality, honest plumbing services promptly at a fair price. I have used them to reroute gas service to a new range, bathroom under-the-sink repair and replacement, snaking pipes from the kitchen sink to the house egress. They scoped the service from the street to the house for roots and cracks. I ask for Chris. His work is of the highest quality. His explanations are thoughtful and clear. When he leaves after finishing a job, my wife and I always feel good about his visit. Echo Plumbing is a good example of a small local business that earns its growth and good will.

We were having issues with our outdoor sump pump and found Echo Plumbing & Rooter on Yelp. They were able to stop by the next day and did a free estimate. Once they found the issue with the pump, they provided options how to go about resolving the pump issue. They were friendly, professional, and also went above and beyond just replacing the pump by cleaning out the pit which had lots of debris. We are very pleased with their work and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

They charge $650 to snake your pipes in a tiny one story house. My regular plumber is scheduled out a week,so I called Echo . My regular plumber charges 250. 650 is robbery. Who pays that?

Yes it was raining, I was saying it would stop later and tomorrow, sunny day, would be fine. No emergency. I called 3 other places. 250 an hour, they're coming out today. You are price gouging! It takes 30 minutes to clear the line, I told you that. It's happened before.
