After a week of dealing with a pesky dripping faucet, I reached out to a local plumber. He arrived promptly and efficiently got to work. In less than an hour, my faucet was as good as new, with no more annoying drips. Professional, courteous, and skilled—truly a lifesaver for my kitchen!

Ray was great! He got our line working when others had called it quits. He was friendly and professional and provided a reasonable quote for work that would be necessary in the future. Thank you, Ray (and Ryan for the assist)!

Great job its nice to have hot water again. Explained what was done, how to service it once a year, installed a much better tankless water heater than was previously installed. Good personality and very professional.

Marc was a kind person and professional. I think he did a fabulous job on the install. My review is more so regarding the overall experience of 2 different scenarios with the company. Me and my family have been a client for years. Service Pros was my go to company of choice and I had an excellent experience with Juan. However, my experience after was not one I would like to experience again.
1) The plumber that came prior to March on 10/14 asked if I was the homeowner (I would think after being a client for many years, this was not a question.
2) I was quoted a "what I feel like" was a very high price for install of a new toilet and replacement (faucet) in my upstairs bathroom. First quote was 1,700 and then he later said the job could be done for 1189.00. I declined to go with replacement of the faucet and said I would just get a new toilet myself for install.
3) I called to ask for a quote to install my new toilet and was told it would be 689.00
4) When Marc arrived (very kind and professional), he had a new toilet with him which leads me to believe that the 689 was inclusive of the new toilet he brought with him.
5) When I asked if the cost to install the toilet I purchased from Lowes would still be 689.00 he said yes.
6) I called the office and asked and stated the price should not be the same as it clearly included a new toilet that I did not purchase. I purchased my own from Lowes.
7) The lady said she would have the plumber call the supervisor to ask what was the cost just for labor.
8) After the work was done, I asked what was the cost for labor and I was told since I had a premium toilet the install would be $589 for installation. :-( Only 100 bucks off the initial costs which tells me that the toilet bought by service pros was only 100 or less than.

I recently retired from Corp America after 26 years and do not have the funds to waste or to be over charged, especially being I have been a customer for years. I will no longer be a customer of Service Pros.

Juan and Mark were awesome! They arrived not long after I called Service Pro, and completed the job in enough time for them to get the job done and for me make it to work on time. 😊 I would highly recommend using Service Pro, I’ve had several jobs done by them, and they are very knowledgeable, and reliable.

Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed our problems and developed a very workable plan to correct them. He was great.

So darned impressed with the company and especially with Marc. Plumber came out on the same day i called for an appointment! Marc was professional, efficient and kind. Can't say enough about this lovely experience.

Juan was SO helpful and quick.. assesses the situation in timely manner and took care of the problem. Have had him on other service needs in the house and he is A1 every time!

I got an estimate for sewer replacement from Ray. He was very professional and informed me of what he did. I didn’t end up using them because I found a more affordable company but my interaction was fine.

Excellent service. Ray arrived within the specified time window. I had a leak in my irrigation system, he inspected and replaced all the necessary parts at a fair price and in a timely manner. His communication was great throughout the whole process. Will Book service pro plumbers again!

Our main line had a clog and contacted Service Pro for assistance. We called around noon and needed a same day appointment since our toilets and showers couldn’t be used. They had a plumber, Ray, out within 3 hours and he was amazing. He worked for over 2 hours trying to snake the pipes. Once he realized it was a more complex job, he thoroughly walked through the house/exterior to make sure there was no other way to into the pipe to fix the problem since digging would be more expensive.

Even though the job cost jumped up from a hundreds to thousands, I feel like Service Pros was still reasonable with the quote and scope of work. Additionally, Ray made it clear it was his priority to repair the pipe as soon as possible since we have little kids in the home. While it wasn’t a same day fix, it was done within 24 hours, which we are more than thrilled about. He was back the next day morning at 7 and completed the dig, removed the root that broke through the pipe, replaced the pipe and install a new clean out all before noon. Thank you so much to Service Pros, and Ray, for the prompt response and great customer service.

Ray and Mike did a great job. Ray took care of us from beginning to end. Copper spot replacement and couple other services performed. Well done. Will be using them again. 👍

I got a water leak in my home, Jaun came and saw the damage and got me a price. We agreed and the job was completed the same day. I would recommend Service Pro And Plumbing to anyone that I know.

Todays experience with Service Pros was nothing less but what is expected from a Service provider. The plumber was kind and very informative and guided me through what he was doing and fully engaging while working. I will definitely be calling Service Pros for all my plumbing needs.
