I had a 5 star experience with Service Pro Plumber Navarro Juan.
He replace and old toilet and cut off valve as well as replace a old kitchen faucet and cut off valves. He was very professional and answered my questions. He was able to solve various plumbing issues due to poor installation of the original plumbing fixtures.
He used a ferrule blaster when replacing my kitchen cut off valves great tool, vastly superior to the older plumber tool...saves alot time and effort.

JP and ServicePros were incredible! We had a leak overnight and JP showed up first thing in the morning. He worked hard to track down the source of the problem and got the pipe fixed right away. Super grateful for his quick response and determination—highly recommend!”

Ray was friendly, competent and thorough. He confirmed my diagnosis and repaired the problem immediately. He provided good info when dealing w/ issues going forward. I do feel the arrival cost and parts price could be a little lower. I would recommend Ray for your plumbing issues.

JP, Jhonny, and their crew did an excellent job replacing the main sewage line from our home to the street. The trenchless pipe technology they used was incredibly effective and minimized disruption.
The price was very reasonable for four days of work, which also included inspections by the City of Walnut Creek and Central San. Throughout the project, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They also made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was completed.

Every team member that I worked with from Service Pro Plumbers, by phone or on site, were amazing. It was a crisis time for me to be without water and although I had to wait through the process to get a clearance from Home Serve they helped keep me calm and assured me I was in good hands. Wilber Amaya was the main plumber who installed our new water line. He was professional and answered all my questions throughout the installation process. He was extra careful to remove only a small part of our hedge and it was amazing to see how he dug around the massive roots of our 70 plus year old orange tree. I recommend Service Pro Plumbing and Wilber without reservation. Although it took more time than I would have liked to get Home Serves approval they too recognized the stress I was under and work extra hard to find a plumber company who could see me in two days instead of five or more. I appreciate the way they took my situation seriously and helped secure Service Pro Plumbers for me. The job was over $8,000 and I could not have handled the cost without Home Serve insurance.

Service Pros Plumber completed a trenchless sewer replacement in a first class manner. A free camera inspection was done and a detailed written estimate was provided promptly. After getting two other opinions and bids we selected Service Pros. The job was completed promptly exactly as scheduled and was permitted and approved by both city and sewer inspectors. The staff was professional, courteous, and cleaned the job site thoroughly leaving it almost entirely as it was.
I heartily recommend them.

I called Bay Area Plumbing on a Saturday after finding a water leak in my kitchen. Ron responded immediately and scheduled an appt for the next morning, on a Sunday! He was responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful with his recommendations for repairs.

Ron was prompt, kind, and efficient. He was clear when explaining my options, so I know I have a solid and reliable long-term solution. I’m very happy with my new water heater set-up and will definitely call Bay Area Plumbing for anything else that comes up!

If your friend flushes their keys down your toilet over the weekend and your entire system backs up, then Ron is the man to call. We called Ron at 6:30 am on a Monday morning after this happened to us. Not only did he answer that early but he was available to come out the same day. He gave us updates as to when he would arrive and a fair and reasonable quote. It took him 2 hours to get the keys and there were no surprise costs. We highly recommend Ron and will be calling him for all our plumbing needs.

Ron was very communicative and helpful with my initial questions and when he arrived to see the project. He gave me a good estimate on timing of the project, and he cleaned up the area as he went. I will use Ron’s services in the future.
