This is a 50 yearl old irrigation pipe for my entire yard. Ron repaired a broken pipe which kept the entire system from working. This was a challenge! He fixed it in short oder. I was afraid it was going to take at least a day. An hour later all was good.

Ron was great! Responded quickly and diagnosed the problem within minutes.

Woke up yesterday, Dec 3, 2025, to a toilet leak and wet floor mats. Called BAP Bay Area Plumbing and was able to arrange for repairs the next day. Ron contacted me the day of, to inform me of his arrival time and kept me well informed of his arrival and what repairs needed. I HIGHLY recommend BAP Bay Area Plumbing and Ron Lem. Friends recommended me to Bay Area Plumbing and I just used them to diagnose and fix a hot water issue in my shower, as well as flush 2 tankless water heaters. Ron was amazing! He was able to make it out quickly and was super punctual, friendly and took great care of my house in the process! I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

Leaking pipe behind the washing machine caused concern. This plumbing service replaced the connector and sealed everything properly. Very reliable.

Our kitchen sink suddenly lost water pressure while washing dishes. I contacted a plumbing technician to inspect it. He cleaned the aerator and checked the supply line. The pressure is back to normal !!

What first seemed like a minor drip from the faucet slowly became constant. I decided it was time to call a plumber. The technician replaced the damaged cartridge inside the faucet. The dripping stopped immediately after the repair.
