These guys are the real deal. Excellent customer service. Had a leak in the downstairs bathroom and called them at 7.30pm. They answered the phone and sent Mark the next morning. I wasn't there but wife was impressed. They even brought their own booties to cover shoes. Found the problem, fixed it, and gave us loyalty discount since we used them last time for a different leak. Great job and keep it up. No wonder you got perfect reviews.

Our service provider Brian was very professional and helpful in explaining what our system needed and offering options to improve our existing line. He took his time to tell us the pros and cons, and we felt very thankful of his expertise!

After letting a general contractor go after it became clear that he was not doing a good job, I called Plumbing Solution to finish installing my kitchen sink. Jacob called and said he could come out earlier which was really nice. He was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions

Ed arrived on time, assessed what work would be required and gave options for the repair. We had a cracked cast iron sewer line that needed to be replaced. Ed gave the option of ABS or staying with cast iron. I decided on the ABS option. He completed the work in slightly less than 2 hours in spite of a cramped work space and a needed trip for additional materials. Ed is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Great job, great worker.

The first plumber we called let us go 11 days w/o hot water due to mismanagement and incompetent, and gave us a ridiculously high quote. Finally we called Plumbing Solutions - Jacob was at our house within the hour and we had hot water by the next day. Their supplier gave them incorrect info on pricing but they honored the original quote. Very happy with the service and professionalism we experienced - and a special shout out to Mark and Jacob who installed our new tankless water heater. True to their name, they provided a ‘plumbing solution’!

I am extremely impressed by this company and particularly Joel. He is courteous, knowledgeable and very fair. I noticed that my garage floor was wet and noticed a small leak of the washing machine valve. When I touched it, it turned into a flood. I was drenched and pretty much panicked, thinking, of course, of the worst.

Other plumbers didn't have open appointments until the following week (or later). Joel came over the next day, assessed the problem, and showed me an easy solution. He didn't charge for his advice. What an awesome service, what a great experience. I recommend this company without reservations.

We called for an appointment on Monday morning; Joel and Jose were out to see us as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Joel took a look at our two problem sinks and set to work on them immediately. He spotted a pre-existing problem with our garbage disposal that he quickly took care of at no additional charge! In less than an hour, both of our sinks were in perfect working order and everything was cleaned up. Great job!

The reviews are true! Found them through yelp and they're the first ones that came up when I searched for plumbers in Martinez with 300+ good reviews. They got me scheduled right away and not with Joel. Turned out that my 5 year old flushed a small towel that got into the pipes but it was no match for Joel! Thank you and will refer you guys to family and friends.

We had an issue with the toilet fill valve that caused the toilet to constantly run. We called Plumbing Solutions based on a recommendation from a real estate agent we had worked with in the past. Jacob arrived on time and could not have been more personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Our plumbing issue was resolved quickly as he had all the replacement parts on his truck. He explained what happened and told me what to expect in the future. The job was reasonably priced! Thank you, Jacob!

Mike from Plumbing Solutions did a terrific job. He came the morning after we called. He was on time. He made a fair estimate and returned the next day again, on time at the beginning of the time window he set and was done by the end. We had a contractor do some plumbing for us a few months ago and Mike fixed what the other fellow broke.

At my place of business we had a major sewage back up. We contacted Plumbing Solutions and they were able to find the issues and do the repairs in a minimum amount of time. The crew was friendly and informative. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Andres and Brian installed a Moen automatic shutoff valve with 3 sensors and also fixed a leak in my home. They were both very professional, explained throughout the process what they were doing and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I called Plumbing Solutions to inspect a potential leak and they were able to come over right away. They were able to find the source of the leak and repair it very quickly. This was after I had a leak detection specialist from another company come out and tell me they couldn't find the source of the leak! I would definitely recommend Plumbing Solutions and I plan on using them again!

Very good experience. I thought I required new outdoor faucets because of massive leaks, but Mike said that they just needed tightening which he performed at a discount. I appreciated both the money savings and the thoughtfulness, and I will gladly hire Plumbing Solutions again.

After spending three awful days with another (large) plumbing company (who lured me in over the phone by pricing the snaking I needed at only $77, then proceeded to find larger problems once they had done the snake -- as well as charge me $1600 for the "needed" hydro jet after they said the snake didn't work) and being told by them that things were so dire under our house my husband and I spent a night anguishing that we might have to move, I had the sense to call Plumbing Solutions for a second opinion. The quote for the smaller issue we DID need fixing went from the original, larger, plumber's $1800 to Plumbing Solutions' $595 (tho it ended up costing a tiny bit more bc of an unseen complication). Ed, from Plumbing Solutions, also let me know that the "dire" situation which the original plumber said we had no choice to fix (and quoted us $10,000 for the repair) was NOT dire, and did not require immediate attention. Ed said the situation is common and we might not need to attend to it at all. Ed was prompt, professional and fair. I honestly have not found another plumbing company that has been satisfactory. Most companies' pricing is outrageous. Plumbing Solutions' pricing seems so honest and humane (our out of pocket went from the larger company's quote of $10,000 to Plumbing Solutions' $595). It was a tumultuous week with a very calm and satisfactory resolution thanks to Ed and Plumbing Solutions. Feeling extremely appreciative right now!

We had a mystery leak between the water main and the house which caused a puddle above ground. We got multiple bids to find, dig up and fix the leak.

Joel answered the phone at 2PM and Mark came to assess the damage/job by 4PM that same day. Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were given two options to fix the issue without any pressure to pick either one.

My husband is NOT a plumber but yesterday when our sink started backing up, decided he wanted to pretend like he was one. Fast forward 12 hours and not only was our sink backed up but the pipes were all disassembled (by my husband) and our kitchen looked like a war zone. I told him to wave his white flag and call in the professionals. We were able to get Plumbing Solutions out here the very next morning. They gave us a time window of 10am-12pm and Joel was out here at 11:15 on the dot. He was very courteous and professional and immediately knew how to fix our issue. Clear communications, fair prices, excellent service.

Bonus: My 2 year-old was very enamored with Joel and Joel was so sweet and friendly back to him. I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions for all your plumbing needs!

Wow! what a pleasant experience today with Joel from Plumbing Solutions! He was extremely prompt, courteous, and the price was far more reasonable than I had expected! I looked online to see who was local and had great online reviews since my sewer was backing up with the shower, toilets and sinks not draining and actually backing up in the laundry room!!

When I emailed them for a visit I received a prompt response and they were here right when they said they would be. Joel sent the camera down the sewer line too and I got to see where the trouble was and it was fixed quickly and with a wonderful attitude! I know who to contact if I have any plumbing need in the future!!

Great experience. Plumbing Solutions came out to review an issue with our main sewer line. they were creative in solutions to save cost and didn't jump straight to the most expensive option :). also they showed up on time and were professional and flexible.

These are great plumbers to work with. I had a water main line crack and I dug the hole and cut the tree root away at the source of the leak. I couldn’t get any plumbers to come out and fix it. Either too busy or didn’t want to return my calls. When I called Plumbing Solutions, I spoke to someone that told me they could have someone out around 12pm. Great, an actual response from someone. Then Mark calls me around 930am and tells me he could come earlier. Very punctual, showed before scheduled new time of 1030. Fixed my water supply line. Then, I asked about having a new water shut off valve at house installed along with a new hose bibb. Expecting a new appointment would be required. Mark said he’d gladly install it while already at my residence. Prices were extremely fair for type of work performed but the main things that stood out were workmanship, punctuality, and courteous. These are the professionals you want working on your home. Call Plumbing Solutions for all your plumbing needs. Don’t bother with the others like Roto and Benjamin (leaving complete names out), they are too commercialized and forgot about real customer service and integrity.
