Through chat, was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next morning to unclog our bathroom drain. Joel came out on time, quickly repaired the problem, and showed me how to fix it in the future. Great service, would definitely use again!

Called Plumbing Solutions on Friday at 430 pm (figured no one will pick up on a Friday that late). Surprisingly, they picked up and set me up with an appointment the next day. Met with Mike (the Tech) at our appointment time and he handled our plumbing problem with ease. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and made recommendations to avoid future plumbing issues.

Plumbing Solutions is now my go-to for plumbing and sewer repair. I had dealt with another plumbing service (Rooter Hero) prior to calling Plumbing Solutions. Armando was prompt, reached out with his ETA, and was very professional. He restored the main sewer flow quickly and also explained what he was seeing when he ran a camera through the main sewer line. A+++ service

Amazing job!!!! Mike was awesome. He replaced the water main in my front yard. He showed up early both times that he came to my house. His experience and knowledge shows in his work. He was very professional and I feel that I couldn't have been in better hands. The other plumbers I called wanted to tear up my sidewalk and charge me 3x what Pluming Solutions charged. Mike completed the job without disturbing my sidewalk. He also made every effort to save my lawn. He is an all around good guy with outstanding work ethics. I couldn't have asked for better. I feel blessed that Plumbing Solutions answered the phone when I called.

We have had two experiences now with Plumbing Solutions, excellent service! Both times the problems have been with our hose bibs, back and then front yard. When we've called we were able to get appointments the next day. Their service has been prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

All of our lines were backed up and it was a day before memorial day weekend. Plumbing Solutions came to our rescue! Joel was amazing and was able to get everything cleared out. Very professional and will be definitely using them in the future

Our master bedroom sinks wouldn't drain and not being sure which plumber service to call I looked on Yelp and noticed the great reviews for Plumbing Solutions. I contacted them and was able to make a same day appointment.

Joel actually came a bit early; which for me worked out great. He was very courteous and professional and fixed the problem in a matter of moments. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely be calling them the next time we have another plumbing crisis.

We had a sink drain clog that was affecting another sink in the house. I checked the p-trap, that wasn't it. Something much further down the line was causing a problem. I called Plumbing Solutions and scheduled a visit. They showed up as promised, on time and provided an estimate on the spot.

Cleared both drains and explained how they got clogged in the first place. Who knew you shouldn't overload your garbage disposal AND mush art supplies down your sink drains? I knew it. My wallet knew it. But other residents of my household are resistant to such knowledge.

Anyway, 30 feet of snake broke the clog loose and my drains have been working great for the past month. Will definitely have to call Jacob again... unfortunately. Great service!

Jacob was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to navigate our tiny crawl space and fix our leaking pipe. Jacob gave us great advice about how to extend the life of our pipes and explained everything clearly and concisely! I will definitely use Jacob for any future plumbing needs.

I found plumbing solutions on yelp and called them and got a plumber to come out within two hours to address a sink that was backed up. Jacob showed up and he was great and very knowledgeable. He identified another issue with the faucet and took care of that as well as cleaning the drain out. The tenants were very happy with his work as well. Plumbing solutions is now my go to for any plumbing issues. Thanks Jacob!

We called Plumbing Solutions in the morning and we had a tech here by 1:00! Ed suggested changing the two t stops at the lines while we are replacing our kitchen faucet. We appreciate the extra info and the work to install. He had the fittings we needed on his truck and the job was finished successfully. Ed cleaned up after himself and took all our boxes and packaging. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job. We love our new commercial kitchen faucet!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Plumbing Solutions. I called on a weekday evening and they came the next day. The plumber who came really knew what he was talking about and was super helpful. I will definitely have them come back to help us again next time and I highly recommend them.

Amazing service! We came home last night and had a water bubble in our wall. I messaged Plumbing Solutions and they got me in right away the next day. They showed up early and Armando and Andres assessed the issue immediately. They had to cut our dry wall to find the leak and they did it in such a clean and professional way. They found and fixed our leak at a great price and cleaned everything up. Wonderful skilled young men! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions. We had a non-urgent issue and were still able to get a next-day appointment. Mike was wonderful. He arrived within our appointment window and was so kind to my daughter who chatters nonstop and my son with special needs. He was able to quickly fix our garbage disposal, and when I asked him to take a look at a separate issue he told me how to easily fix it myself and where to get parts (thereby saving me money). We will definitely be using Plumbing Solutions for all of our future plumbing needs.

I’ve had plumbing solutions do work for me over the years to keep my old house running. They are a decent value, so quality work and are always on time. Jacob is super courteous and tidy. He does a great job!

Ed replaced our waste pipes, water heater, moved our clean out and adjusted our gas line. He was patient will all of my questions and answered everything very clearly. Ed was great at communicating updates throughout the process and is incredibly knowledgeable understanding what our home needed, not only in terms of updates and fixes for functionality, but also safety. Ed made numerous changes to our home that made it safer and up to code and was very polite and productive with city inspectors to get our permits passed. I will no doubt request Ed from Plumbing Solutions for any future needs. Trustworthy, hard-worker, reliable, affordable and efficient.

Jacob from Plumbing Solutions was wonderful! Very communicative and took care of the job in a really timely manner. I had originally called for an issue with a bathroom sink when we found a shower leak as well right before he arrived and he was very flexible in taking care of both on the spot. Would definitely call them again!

DO NOT do business with Plumbing Solutions.

Plumbing Solutions cut into my drywall without following Cal/OSHA and EPA guidelines which has caused me a whole basket of problems. They do not do lead and asbestos testing nor do they follow regulatory lead and asbestos-safe practices. My guess is because they are taking shortcuts, want to do the job as quickly as possible, and not performing proper abatement when cutting into drywall that could contain lead and asbestos.

Additionally, I requested that they provide an inspection for lead and asbestos to which, Joel Diaz, the owner originally agreed but wouldn't let me choose the inspection company because he knows that if this turns up positive, there will be all sorts of regulatory issues.

Because of this dishonesty it makes me also question the quality and integrity of the work they performed.

Save yourself the trouble and make sure any plumbing company you use either tests for lead and asbestos or take proper precaution and assumes the drywall has these materials in it.

Ive used them twice and both times they were fast courteous and educational. My most recent visit was just that a visit, which they came investigated provided some tips and then let us decide. I need to have three swivel valves replaced so will definitely be using them. Highly recommend them!

Our property management contacted us saying we had continuous water usage, but we couldn't find any evidence of it. Joel from Plumbing Solutions came by, went into our crawl space, found the "gushing" leak and took a video for us, grabbed some tools, and had it fixed, all in exactly one hour. He also told us the state of our pipes and why the leak happened. Honestly a huge relief to have it solved before the weekend. Plumbing Solutions was also the only company who answered our call promptly when we asked for help.
