Jesus, did a great job all the way thru the repair process. Even when the warranty company had failed on getting the parts out over night, Jesus checked in to see if they have arrived. Rudy from Indemand plumbing discovered a leak In the pipe from the water meter to the house, I scheduled a follow up appointment to have it repaired. Jesus and Alberto arrived on December 30 and did the repair efficiently and respectfully. We are very happy with Indemand plumbing for the several jobs they have helped us with.

We were very happy with the work Jarod did. He fixed the issue at hand, but he was also very informative about other issues our commode has, which he said can be addressed at a later date.

I was surprised how quickly Indemand was able to get someone to my house to repair my sink! I called at about 4:45pm and someone was here within 30 minutes!!
Daniel fixed my sink and I was ready to get back to prepping my TG dinner. ☺️

Technician seemed very knowledgeable. Replaced Anod rod, ball valve and feed hoses to water heater, Original call was to remedy whining coming from water heater during hot water feed to house when burner came on - still an issue. Originally thought a pressure relief tank may remedy the issue but he now thinks it may be a tight bend in the gas feed tube may be causing the issue. Not sure how to proceed or to just live with it.

Ezekiel was on time, always polite, and an able worker who made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to in a professional manner expedited the work process to make everything finish as quickly as possible in a neat and orderly fashion. In Demand Plumbing was a lifesaver for my wife.

I had been having an on going issue and have had several plumbers out to “fix it” called in demand plumbing and they were able to come out right away. I got a text saying Daniel was coming and a pic so I knew who was coming. Daniel came and I explained to him what was going on and what the other plumbers had done. Daniel was absolutely incredible and fixed the issue and was super nice while I was completely stressed out. So greatful to In Demand Plumbing.

I shut off my main water valve and as it closed, it snapped. Friday afternoon, no water, and no way to get water until the valve is replaced! They responded within an hour and change. Scared me at first with the 'will you accept the risk' talk. I feel I'm screwed. I have to have water, they know it. But, to my surprise, it was all to lay out the potential for issues. None of the worst case scenarios happened. Great job, fast reply, and what looks like quality work with a warranty to boot. Highly recommended from my personal experience. 5/5

In Demand Plumbing & Rudy are awesome!! They were super clear and communicative and knowledgable and friendly. During the initial estimate visit I showed them the corroded fridge water line that was making our fridge water output into a trickel and he said they would need to replace it via the crawlspace to make it more modern and powerful. We also needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced (we bought new ones) and he said that would be straightforward and that they'd replace our leaky under-sink cutoff valves in the kitchen for free. They gave us a time and cost estimate that proved to be extremely accurate and we booked a time for them to do the work then and there (and then updated it via email/text later). The work was completed on time and accurately and our new sink and faucet look great, the cutoff values are new and don't leak, and our fridge has a super strong water stream now!!

We had a hot water pressure concern with our kitchen sink. Of course, before the tech could arrive, our concern “took care of itself” and the pressure normalized.

As my wife was cancelling the service the tech arrived. Rudy was very cordial and understanding and refused my wife’s offer to pay for a service call.

Once again, this is why we choose In Demand Plumbing for our service needs.

Easy to set an appointment, great notifications and showed up on time. Like the way I was given a synopsis of the work done and any follow-up needed. Easy to pay the bill via Zelle. Especially appreciate being billed by email and didn't get a phone call requested an immediate payment via credit card. Note this is a rental so appreciate not having to be there so I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue!

My sink out of blue started leaking. I did a lot of searching for plumbing services. I needed good quality and a company that values what they did. By everybody's great service I checked out in demand, plumbing. Over the phone they gave me a nice great breakdown of the services and prices when the technician Alberto arrived. He introduced himself and he broke down everything that I needed it done. I explained to him how it happened and he gave me wonderful recommendations also including letting me know about their maintenance plan. He updated my sink and under an hour you can't beat that and he was very polite.

Reached out to In Demand Plumbing to help us figure out what was causing a constant high-pitched noise we'd hear in different parts of the house when running water or flushing toilets, and it turned out we needed to replace a few of our toilet fill valves. Russell and Franco did a great job of figuring out what was causing the issue and promptly replaced them both. I even got a few tips from Russell on how we can change our water heater settings to save us on our energy bills. Great experience all around!
