He took the time necessary to identify a broken sewer line and solve a challenging issue. On a holiday, he sent men to my house at 7:30 the following morning to replace and excavate the line. I'm going to use Concord Plumbing as my plumbing provider going forward. This was the FOURTH time I had called a plumber to come out and fix a faulty pipe in my kitchen ceiling. The three prior plumbers that I've had either charged me for identifying my leak and then suggested that I call in a specialist (a plumber, really?), said the work was too huge, or attempted to convince me that it would take hours to locate the leak and that I would have to pay for diagnostics during that time. It should be noted that I had previously removed the plaster and lathe from my own ceiling and could identify the leaking connectors, so the final worker was merely attempting to cram in as many hours as possible. I contacted Concord Plumbing and explained that I wanted someone to come fix my job and that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. The following day, they came and mended it. Free of hassles, pre-agreed upon cost before work began, courteous, skilled, and professional. I genuinely valued working with them and the assistance they offered.

I'm just grateful I had everything done on time and on the same day, but if possible, I recommend purchasing new parts ahead of time.
