They came out and did a bid right away and gave two ways we could deal with a huge pine tree. When they did the job it was done quickly and professionally. I would call them for future work.

I signed up to receive woodchips via chipdrop and was surprised when Prodigy Works tree service showed up less than 8hrs later. The Crew arrived, asked me where I wanted the wood chips, and very professionally backed in to place them exactly where I asked.

I was searching for a tree trimmer for my ancient Mimosa tree. It was dropping some sizable branches, most recently, onto my car.

I used the "request a quote feature" on Google. Carlos showed up that day and provided me with a competitive quote. I got a quote from another company that was tantamount to highway robbery.

I just got home to find my entire yard, roof and driveway are absolutely spotless! My roommate, who is a construction safety inspector, said they did everything safely as well.

I am really pleased with my entire experience. I have a ton more work to do and I will be calling them back.

I emailed requesting quote, they came out the very next day to check it out and they removed a 40 foot tree (that was leaning on the roof) from or back yard two days later. Best part is that the only took about an hour to complete everything. Great and fast service! This family business is the best! I needed expert help and they provided it with timely call back and punctual service. Not only did they remove a tree root that prevented me from moving forward with renovations to my property, but they came in with the right equipment to completely re-grade my yard. My drainage problem solved! These guys are multi-talented and effective at very reasonable rates.

I had an old pecan tree in my front yard that was starting to push up against my front porch. I called Prodigy for an estimate, and they were able to come out right away. I decided to accept their reasonable estimate.
The job was done professionally. The men were respectful and courteous. The job was done efficiently and neatly. They even did an amazing job working around wires, an awning, and a car parked right in front. The clean up job was so good one would never suspect a 30 year old tree and its stump had just been removed.

From the very start, Carlos the person who came to check my trees had poor communication from the start. He almost called off but ended up coming by. He apologized & offered a 25% discount. A few weeks later I texted him to confirm the appointment & change the invoice to just have the front tree done & the backyard to be hold off until i come back from deployment. but never received a response. I had to call & he confirmed that the front tree could be done & if he could send an invoice. But he never sent one. Now a week before my scheduled appointment Carlos tells me that there is a $700 minimum & that he could not do it anymore. I believe he was unprofessional because he never listened from the start & I confronted him telling him that he confirmed it before on a phone call. Eventually I called it off.

Carlos cams on time with his crew and took care of the trouble tree for me. Carlos and crew are very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend his services

I spoke with Carlos on the phone and he came and gave me an estimate the following morning. We agreed on a price and scheduled service for the following week. He called me the morning of my service date as promised and informed me what time his crew would arrive, and that it was not necessary for me to be present for them to begin work. They did a great job trimming my gigantic tree and removed all the waste before I returned home from work for the day. The following morning I received an email invoice with a simple check-out tool which allowed me to pay by credit card (gotta love those miles!). Upon completing payment, a receipt was emailed to me immediately. It was a smooth simple transaction. They will be my first and only call in a few years when it's time to trim the tree again.

UPDATE 2021: I ended up deciding to have the tree removed two years later because the roots were destroying my driveway and plumbing... I gave Carlos a call and we set it up. His guys had that tree down SO FAST it blew my mind. Carlos came by shortly after and made short work of the stump. Another smooth and easy transaction with great work done by the team at Prodigy. I will be using their services again in the future once my new trees grow big enough to require trimming!
