Trying to email NP Mechanical, Inc. is simply not possible. The only email address given on their website did not work, email was not delivered (see attached photo). Second their work on Fire Protection System in Autumn Villas (San Bernardino, CA) is subpar (below industry standards). The 1 1/2" PVC schedule 40 pipe fitted to the 1 1/4" L copper pipe is leaking (due to the different expansion rates for each material sitting in the sun all day long).

Now after just six years. This PVC schedule 40 should have been buried and not exposed to direct sunlight [since it was installed causing the two factors of differential expansions rates and decreased impact strength and resistance seen in the UV discoloration (see pictures)].

I called today [Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 14:38 hours (2:38 pm)] and was directed to service representative where she wanted name of the builder that originally contracted their company to do the installation. At that time, I tried to explain to her that the original builder has allowed his LLC to expired after he finished his portion of the work on Autumn Villas (63 town homes) and sold the building warranties to an insurance company, but she did not seem to understand the concept? But even if she did, I did not have the paperwork in front of me, but after some research I found at the time it was Maple Ventures IV, LLC, 2900 Adam Street, Suite A-240, Riverside, CA 92504-4335.

At this time I am looking for you (NP Mechanical, Inc.) or someone you can refer, that can repair your substandard installation of the fire protection system. Although it is a minor repair it still needs to be fixed as soon as reasonable. Since this is on it's own separate meter and the supply side before entering your system can it be serviced by a licensed C-36 plumber or is a C-16 license required? Please advise as soon as possible. As the current residents are living with a compromised Fire Protection System.

Builders please stop using this company until they meet industry standards for Fire Protection Systems and honor their stated and implied warranties. I will update this review if and when someone from NP Mechanical, Inc. finally helps me remedy this situation.

Our instant water heater suddenly stopped working. We contacted NP Mechanical and they were able to sent a technician the same day. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and fixed our instant water heater in about 2 hours. They were efficient and responsive and problem was covered under warranty.

We scheduled an appointment and drove three hours to get to the house. Not only did no one show up for the appointment, but when we called, they started lying and claiming they had called us — even though I checked all my calls, and there wasn’t a single one from them. We waited the entire day, and no one ever came. Instead of apologizing or sending a plumber to fix the situation, they just tried to reschedule for another day without admitting any fault. Terrible service — truly awful. I’ve never seen anything like this. Be careful with this company; I wouldn’t deal with them at all.

Great service - great communication from Morgan & the plumbing technician, Jesus. He was not only professional & very knowledgeable, but also gave me a tutorial on my new home’s systems! Should I have the need for any plumbing concerns in the future I will indeed contact NP Mechanical. Thank you for the excellent service!
