EMS RESTORATION IS TOP TIER. We got back from vacation and had turned our water off and once it was turned back on we heard hissing. We knew it wasn't a good sign. We called Dave and he was so professional. He explained everything in detail, and was very kind, and compassionate to the situation. He walked us thru what would be the next steps to take in detail.
The amount of communication provided by Dave and his team has been nothing but great.
Dave would text me and call to talk about action plans. His whole team was very professional and knowledgeable. Dave and his team are top tier. So thankful for everything!

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen insurance sent out EMS Restoration and they were very helpful in discussing the process to me, once demolition had begun the crew was excellent and very efficient the demo was done quickly for repairs to begin. I thank them for helping me with my home.

Our insurance company referred us to EMS Construction. Gave us a quote, we accepted and since that time (2 months) they have been absolutely non-responsive. Both Erica and Kurt will not call us back. Do not recommend!

We stayed in our home during all the mess and i am forever grateful my insurance recommended me EMS. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but EMS’s crew really knows what their doing. Had a flood in our kitchen November 11, 2022. It is now April 12, 2023. They gutted our kitchen and other areas that I am not sure even needed to be "repaired". They left us with no walls in between our garage and kitchen for weeks! We should have known then that this was going to be a negative experience. We are still waiting on completion of our kitchen and carpet repair. Our contractor is now ghosting us. I do not recommend this company. There is no one to call about this as we keep getting referred to the contractor who is not doing his job. He has not been back to the job site for months, and does not respond to our messages in a timely fashion, or at all in some cases. The cabinets and flooring are beautiful, however, we could have picked those out and had them installed by home depot in MUCH less than 5 months. Really glad we opted not to pay for the entire job up front.

EMS has been fantastic. We had major water damage to our house while we were out of town. EMS was recommended by our insurer and they have delivered. The cleanup crew was hard working and swiftly removed all debris. They performed theif work in 120+ degree weather. They set up the huge fans to dry everything out. They did an impecable job of screening off the work area to keep the dust from spreading. The demolition crew were efficient and thorough, taking the damaged drywall down to the studs. The estimator, Gabi, was very helpful in explaining the work to be done and providing options. Finally, Erica, the office staff, is pleasant, helpful and has followed through on every request. She is keeping me well informed during this process. Now they start the rebuilding. This could have been a very stressful event, but the EMS crew has made it almost painless. Thank you.

Great Service! We had a water leak in our garage and bathroom and EMS restoration was referred to from our insurance company. They really helped us throughout the process of repairs to get our home restored to the way it was before water damages. In the wake of the Eaton fire, I engaged EMS for remediation for smoke damage. The team was easy to work with, thorough and and efficient. They handled the power washing, surface clean indoors, and HVAC clean. They referred out for insulation removal and replacement. They provided timely and sufficient information to my insurer. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and the entire EMS staff throughout, and the whole matter was done and paid for within days.

This company, specially Erica is very responsive. She arranged for the workers to come to my house the same day we discovered the leak They quickly arrived to my house and repaired the pinhole leak from my plumbing. The workers are professional and knowledgeable.
