I cannot say anything less than absolute positive things about Chris and Jill from Integrity Restoration. I manage a property out in Sherman Oaks that had an emergency leak that lead to mold findings. When I contacted them, their response time, customer care, and education on the matter was amazing. They were able to provide us with all the info clearly with a detailed plan of action. When the job began, I received daily updates on the progress and calls if there were more issues found. The job finished sooner than the proposed time frame and everything was fully remediated at then end. This is a company I will for sure utilize in the future whenever I run into another of these circumstances.

They were totally professional and extremely knowledgeable about handling the insurance companies. Everything that they did from start To finish was A+++. When dealing with flooded areas and problems with fire, it is very stressful. Chris (the owner) will walk you through it and make you feel comfortable again! Got a water leak in our home for the first time, what a nightmare situation we had to deal with! Fortunately EMS Restoration has provided such good quality restoration services to ease our pain, not only the team did a good job to repair everything back to the original condition, they’re well mannered and respectful, my husband and I are seniors, we’re happy to have this group of good young men putting our home back in shape. The worst service ever!! They didn't show up for day, then when they did the only worked 6 hours and left and when I called and talked to supervisor Gabby she said they don't pay overtime and they consider drive time as their work hours. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

Our insurance agent recommended this company to me to reconstruct and renovate a bathroom in our rental property after we had extensive water damage from a shower pan leak. Because we live on the east coast and this home is on the west coast, many problems could have come up in dealing with this problem long distance but the owner of this company kept in close contact as the work was being done and he made great recommendations on flooring and shower tile ideas etc. I would highly recommend this business.
