Inconsiderate . Parked their big truck In front of our house for the weekend taking up 3 spaces . Thanks for making my 16 year old daughter park around the block . So nice to look out our window and see nothing but truck . Thanks guys top notch .

As a contractor who has worked with this contractor in the past completing numerous large projects. Dave has a vast construction knowledge and is very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dave has completed several large projects for our company and our clients consistently comment on the high quality of workmanship that they have received.

Ak construction is our go to general.

Although the company itself may be of higher standard their employee did not demonstrate professionalism in a public setting while representing them in a marked company vehicle with company attire, shirt. Working with the three gentlemen was also a 12-14 year old boy, perhaps he was at the store and not working with them.

In the loading zone the store leaves an area marked in red striping where customers who are parked in the parking lot can push their carts through to get to their cars. As I pulled into the loading zone I left that section vacant for other customers to walk through. These employees decide to pull around my vehicle and block the breezeway marked in red. As they walked in the store I was standing in line to pay for the pallet of material and one of the gentlemen said to me, “hey, next time pull all the way up to the other vehicle.” Not sure if he was trying to be confrontational or not but first of all it’s unprofessional to tell people how to park if you don’t know all the facts and rules. Second, don’t tell someone to be the inconsiderate one by blocking a dedicated breezeway for other customers convenience. I hope the company leadership considers a discussion on being considerate when representing their attire and/or vehicles.

The guy driving his truck on Rancho California road inTemecula today 8/21/25 at 2:30 pm gunned his engine on his big truck and intentionally passed me in an intersection (Moraga Rd) when I was signaling to get over, needlessly cutting me off and nearly causing an accident. Maybe if you're going to drive like an aggro jerk don't do it in a company marked truck. And oh yeah, I tried to call to report the reckless driving but the phone numbers on their website don't work. So, to the other reviews here that call these guys out as shady jerks, add my vote.

An irresponsible company with irresponsible drivers. This guy broke my windshield with the debris flying from his truck. After agreeing to pay for the damages they backed out at the last minute claiming that it is too expensive and then claiming that it didn’t come from their truck, even with pictures.

This is a dishonest company with shady business practices. I have reported these guys to the authorities.

Worst service ever. This company is no go. They came to my a property I own and ruined it. There construction look like kids did the work. Very unprofessional, rude workers and management. These guys using foul language inside my tenants home. This has to be by far the worst experience and service around.

I have been in property management for many years, specifically in the multifamily (apartments/condos) aspect of the industry. I have used Chris and his team many times over the last ten years and they have always provided me with a quality end result.

Many summers of damage to my fabric, cushioned lounges and chairs took their tole on the aesthetic of the property. Sunscreen and food stains had me thinking that I should have replaced all of the cushions which would have been very costly. (Somewhere in the range of $7,000!). To my surprise and pleasure, the Integrity upholstery team was able to treat and clean these furniture items so that they almost looked NEW again, and at a fraction of the replacement cost I was looking at. After that first summer and the fantastic results, I made sure to budget this cleaning annually to preserve my high-end furniture.

Unfortunately, I have had a history of water damages in my career as a property manager. It is pretty common, actually. I have used a great number of "restoration vendors" that promised stellar results, only to find out that the problem was bigger than they originally estimated (more problems=more money in this case) or that we would have a recurrence of mold in the apartment. I used Chris when his crew became certified some years back and was not unhappy with the results. He was thorough and efficient in his method to address this horrible problem. He was fair and accurate when he quoted the time and cost of doing the work. It was great to have no surprises during the process. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information with myself and my maintenance team about how to handle this situation if we came upon it again in our careers.

Bottom line- I would trust the team at Integrity to complete any job they were assigned to do. They seem to care about their results and openly communicate how they plan on addressing the issues and the cost associated with it. They saved me money in the long run and also provided me with great customer service and support during the projects. I have referred many other property managers and personal friends to Integrity for these reasons.

I've lived in Irvine over 20 years and have had my carpet cleaned numerous times to say the least. It would be impossible for any company to do work as well as they do. Ray cleaned my carpet and his work is absolutely impeccable. Price is more than fair as well. Will never shop around or ever consider anyone else. These guys are the best without a doubt! Also was not aware they did natural stone as I will be calling them to see if they can do my travertine. Phil B

One of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with on my house. I had a problem with mold in my downstairs bathroom that was noticed in the morning by my wife. Learning about this company from a friends referral, I gave them a shot. I was amazed how their team came the same day and gave me a fair price to eliminate the mold. The work was clean and can not even tell their was a repair. I recommend this company to people who are looking for a professional company to deal with any restoration and repair issues.

So I am not that guy that takes the time to write any reviews for various businesses. Like most of us, I am always exceptionally busy, however after dealing with this company I felt compelled to share the experience.
Very rarely do you come in contact with a company that gives "FULL SERVICE".
What I mean by that is, a company that is the epitome of professional. They explained the scope of work thoroughly with no surprises, gave me an accurate estimation of the completion time and all at a surprisingly fair price.
First I had my carpets cleaned and was so impressed with their work that I asked them to handle the rest of my tile and wood floors too. I would highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for routine cleaning to complete restoration services as well. Thank you "TEAM INTEGRITY" for a job well done!
