We hired Sunset Outdoor Creations to design and build our pool and spa. Eric was professional and courteous from the start. He gave us a timeline for every part of the process and stuck to it. Workmanship is excellent and he was responsive to all of our changes. So glad we went with him and highly recommend him hands down over anyone else. A pleasure to work with.

Tony Doumani, owner of Sunset Outdoor Creations deserves more than 5 stars in my book! After making the decision to create an outdoor haven we began interviewing pool designers and contractors to help us to bring our vision to fruition. We are more than thankful that we chose Tony. Tony is "top of the heap". He is a person of excellent character who holds a high moral standard. He is kind, patient, talented, and truly passionate about what he does. It is so clear that this is not just a career for Tony, but his charge in life. Tony was able to infuse our ideas with his creativity and knowledge of his craft to create a beautiful pool, spa and California Room that is encompassed with an incredible landscaped backdrop. My husband is also very creative and well versed in all aspects of construction. We have found in our journey that many contractors would shy away from us, but not Tony! He was never afraid to explore something new and was always patient and available when we needed to make a revision or troubleshoot. He is still available to us as we learn to utilize all of the features and make our final decisions even though his portion of the job is done. Very often, I hear my husband on the phone, and I will ask, who were you talking to? His reply, I was talking to "T":) In taking on the challenge of renovation as a new resident to the state, we found many unreliable people along the way, but not Tony. He is definitely the person that you want to hire. His son is also in the business and I can only imagine that the apple does not fall far from the tree.

If anyone is looking for an excellent outdoor contractor, Eric Doumani and his guys at Sunset Outdoor Creations are the one to call. We recently gutted our entire backyard, and used them to build a pool, built in barbecue, built in fire pit, and a putting green. They had amazing vision, and brought our backyard dreams to life. Eric was responsive, efficient, professional and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet!

From start to finish Eric and his company had remained reliable and professional. There maybe some hiccups that came along the way due to some unforeseen circumstances, but Eric was on top of everything and ensured that my husband and I were updated and at ease. I would hire him in a heartbeat again!

Eric and his team were awesome to work with. Whenever possible Eric accommodated everything on our wish list and we ended up with a finished pool and yard that we love!

After meeting with several contractors, Sunset Pool Creations was the obvious choice. Eric came to our home, listened to our needs and generated a digital rendering on the spot. Competitive pricing and timeline came soon after. We said "Let's roll". Then came the rains and a pandemic. Despite these challenges Eric and his team found a way to finish the project on time and put the renderings to shame. If details, communication, and professionalism matter to you, look no further.

Eric and his team were flat out amazing and made our dream backyard become reality. From the start, Eric was attentive, transparent, and knowledgeable while listening to what we wanted. He provided an amazing design, which took into account everything from key focal points, to how spaces would be shaded from sun positioning which could only come from his years of experience. I highly recommend giving him an opportunity to build you a space that you'll enjoy for years to come. He's done that for us and we'll be forever grateful.

Sunset Outdoor Creations did an excellent job of taking our totally blank back yard canvas to a well-designed and constructed pool with pergolas, firepit, contemplative water feature, and everything else that you might need - including barbecue, front drive, and gardens. Tony Doumani listened to our requirements and produced a design based on his well-informed and experienced vision. He delivered the end result in an efficient and effective manner; his workmen were experienced professionals. We can't recommend him more highly.

After many years of contemplating a design for our back yard, we found Sunset Outdoor Creations. We told Tony the elements we wanted to include and being the artist he is, our outdoor oasis was underway. He provided a complete turn-key installation of pool and rock work, jacuzzi, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and landscaping. Nearly all the trades that worked on our project had worked with/for Tony for over 10 years. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Eric did a great job walking us through the design of our pool including showing us numerous pools they had built in the area.He was on board for every phase of the construction and the pool turned out beautiful. He is still readily available for any follow up problems and questions we have had since. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

I had one of the greatest experience with a construction contractor in a while. This is my second review for Sunset Outdoor Creation Swimming Pool and I’m writing this review to express the gratitude to Tony.

Our pool was completed in February 2021 and we have Pentair pool system. One of the pool light went off and it needed a replacement. I contacted H2O Pro Pool, certified repair company for a warranty. Heath the owner of H2O Pro Pool was so hard person to be reached and not responsive for further inquiries. I didn’t like it from the beginning but went along because it was recommended by Pentair who provided the parts under warranty. About 2 months later, Heath finally replied and informed me that he is in the area and will be stopping by for the light replacement. He then left me a txt message stating that he cannot complete the work due to a complications.

After frustration with H2O Pro Pool’s unprofessional service, I reached out to the pool contractor Tony who originally installed my pool system for an advice. Tony immediately sent out 2 of his crew members to replace the light at no cost and they completed the work within 20 minutes.

In the past, I had some bad experiences working with other contractors for roofing, landscaping, and renovation. As soon as I contact for a warranty service , I got runarounds.

Tony genuinely cares about his customers, consistently going above and beyond. He diligently follows up with updates and proactively ensures the pool remains in excellent condition.
Owning a pool comes not only with maintenance but repairs. Parts will break and you will need someone accountable and reliable.

Sunset Outdoor did an incredible job building my modern and sleek pool and outdoor kitchen. We were looking to create unforgettable family memories and make our home the go-to spot for our friends and our kids' friends, and they absolutely nailed it! Eric listened to our ideas and put his imagination and expertise to work to make it all happen. First, they provided us with a free 3D image of how it would look when completed. They took care of all the paperwork, including dealing with my HOA, and started construction on the agreed-upon date. Despite some weather challenges, they completed the project in just 2.5 months and stayed within the approved budget. The team was professional, always maintaining a positive attitude and keeping in constant communication with us. The final result is an impressive and luxurious backyard that we can enjoy with family and friends. Tony/Sunset Outdoor Creations built a pool for us 15 years ago and the design, quality and operation of that pool was outstanding for 15 years. We sold that home and purchased a new home in Chino Hills and Tony has recently completed another beautiful and quality job from start to finish. He has tremendous pride in his work and manages every step with detail that shows clear when you look close at his finish product. He was great to work with throughout and his pricing was parallel of several other builders we considered. He is the best in the business and we were fortunate to have him design and complete our project including concrete, stonework, tile, pavers, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pool, deck jets, spa, lighting, water features and swim unit. In addition his son Eric is extremely knowledgeable and seems to be as his father. Can not give a higher recommendation for his firm and the people he connected us with for turf and landscape.

What an incredible experience! We were so fortunate to find Sunset Outdoor Creations to build our pool and transform our backyard. We were ready to sign with another contractor and decided to get one more proposal at the very last minute. We are beyond thrilled that we did. We had a pool design that we really liked and Tony convinced us to be open to pool design changes. Eric and his team were great to work with! He helped us design a beautiful and functional backyard space that was within our desired budget. Our pool turned out gorgeous and our massive spa is great for entertaining. We absolutely love our outdoor kitchen and spend a lot of time outside now.

This company deserves five stars across-the-board. They are a family based and a pure referral based company, Eric is by far one of the best project managers we have worked with and we have done many projects to our home. Building a pool was probably the most expensive/scariest projects we decided to do, however, when Eric came to take a look at the property he was so easy to talk to, he was non-threatening there was absolutely no pressure, and I immediately felt like I trusted him off the bat. We had at least three companies come out for estimates, and nobody was as reassuring other than Sunset outdoor creations. BE CAREFUL who you hire as I noted significant differences in other companies in comparison to what they charge and what you will get when spending this much amount of money. He took care of every small little detail. He followed up every single time he said he was gonna follow up. We loved the builder portal that they use to give us a big picture of how the project was going to run as far as time, payment etc. My husband is a contractor himself and he said that is one thing about this company that they did not lack was follow up and exceptional service and making sure we were happy. So many companies just don't do their job 100% these days. I highly recommend this company for any home projects!!

When it came down to getting a pool last year, I did my research. I called seven contractors- some gave me generic designs, some wanted me to pay them for one, and some never even got back to me. Sunset Outdoor Creations gave me a custom detailed design within a week. I worked with Eric Doumani, and throughout the entirety of the process he listened and was extremely helpful. While other contractors couldn’t promise a specific date in which the pool would be built, Eric said it would be done in 8 weeks, and it was done in that time frame. Working with Eric was a pleasure, he communicated every step of the way and was accommodating to each question and revision I had. I had a very pleasant experience with Sunset Outdoor Creations, I highly recommend this company and Eric.

We had an incredible experience working with Eric and Sunset Outdoor Creations in our recent backyard remodel. Eric listened to everything we wanted and was thorough in answering ALL our questions. Eric was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. He developed an incredible design and fine tuned it to our preferences. We were swimming in our pool two months after breaking ground (as promised). I challenge you to find a pool contractor that will be job complete within two months of project start. We were informed every step of the way and never felt overwhelmed or out of the loop.
