Damian is one of the local areas best contractors, he is very hands on through the whole construction process.

We were looking for a contractor that had the complete package, knowledge, quality, trustworthy, communication, and most of all outstanding workmanship. We found it all and more with Damian De Lapp.

Damian demonstrated from the very first meeting he wanted to work with us and our satisfaction was his first concern. He put all of our needs and wants first. Damian consistently demonstrated professionalism every day. From start to finish he was at the job site everyday to assure the work being completed was done properly and he was not afraid to jump in and work right along with his employees. We most appreciated Damian's openiness and williness to accept changes as we requested through out the remodel.
His employees were all courteous, punctual and had the experience to perform outstanding work. All of the subcontractors did great work as well. Our remodel consisted of a new master bed and bath of approximately 300 Sq. Ft.. Along with moving the laundry area to a different location of the house. Damian was able to change the appearance of the outside of the house so the addition blended and did not look like just an add on.
We are so grateful that we found this amazing contactor and would recommend him to all.

Damian DeLapp Builders have done work for us more than once. All experiences have been excellent. The most recent job included some outdoor cement work, extending an existing patio and patio cover, outdoor electrical work and re-texturing our stucco.

We couldn't have been happier. The patio matches almost perfectly, as close as it possibly could be. Everything was done on time and at a fair price. Every detail was attended to and our backyard space is beautiful. We are looking forward to having them remodel a bathroom later this year!

We used Damian to remodel two bathrooms in our house in Mission Viejo. The bathrooms turned out great and were finished within the time frame promised. Damian picked up all of the building materials for us (including faucets, tile, etc) which was very helpful. He also helped us out with our pets during construction - we kept them in a room while people were working on the house and Damian and his crew would let them out of the room everyday before they left which was a relief because our cats have destroyed carpet when locked in rooms during other construction projects. All of the subs were very nice and the tile guys did a great job. They also put down covers in the hallways to protect the carpet and cleaned the carpet on the stairs when they were all finished.

Damian remodeled our home and added a 500 square foot addition. We could not be happier. All rooms in our home were affected in some way with the exception of one bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Damian relocated interior walls and relocated the front door which allowed us to enlarge a small bedroom, enlarge the kitchen, and add a formal living room. The kitchen is now large, modern, and has a walk in pantry. The family room has a wood burning fireplace and the formal living room has a natural gas fireplace. Damian replaced all of the exterior windows with high efficiency windows. Access to the back yard was previously through a set of French doors. Damian moved the door location and replaced the French doors with a 10 ft energy efficient sliding door. In the front he added stone veneer and a stone wainscot. One thing that impressed me the most was that Damian’s design for the addition makes the house look like no addition was added. People that come to the house ask if we rebuilt the home because it does not look like a home with an addition.

Unlike other contractors that I have worked with (swimming pool, block walls, etc) Damian moved quickly, was always at the job site, and happy to answer questions. It seemed like he was always ready for us to decide on the next thing before we were ready to. This was a welcome change from our past experiences. Damian does high quality work and his attention to detail sets him apart. We highly recommend Damian DeLapp.

After my BBQ Exploded I needed repairs done and really didn't know how I wanted the backyard fixed. Damian came over and in a very short order was able to make recommendations that made sense and were functional for our backyard.

Delapp Builders did the framing for our 850sf 2nd story addition, which included, new roof, new entry, wrap around deck, stairs, bathrooms, bedroom, etc. The project included significant work and repairs to first floor, including new walls, floors, and foundation/structural enhancements. Hiring Damian was one of the best decisions we made in this large addition and remodel!

Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. His knowledge, advice, contacts in the construction field, and continued help to this day, have made us aware of what a skilled general contractor and builder he is. The quality of his work is evident. Nearly every tradesman who followed, asked who did the framing, structural and carpentry work.

During the project Damian was present each and every day. His crew were friendly, polite and reliable. The job site was left neat, clean, and secure, at the end of the day. The contractors he has referred have all been top notch, fairly priced and do the same level of quality work as Damian.

Damian is the first call we make when we have a question that seemingly no one else can answer. And he will be the first contractor we call for any subsequent work.

Damien just completed a major remodel at my home, which included interiors and exteriors, landscaping, garage, drywall, entry expanded, all flooring, paint, tile work, mouldings, fixtures, cabinetry, kitchen and two full baths. I was extremely pleased with his quality craftsmanship and his willingness to bring design ideas forward--even if it meant a little more work for him. He was very knowledgeable about building materials, gave me several options, and had economical resources for purchasing supplies. Inspections were handled in a timely manner and easily passed. Damien's demeanor is pleasant, patient and caring. He is wonderful to work with. I am delighted with the beautiful outcome of my home and would definitely recommend Damien DeLapp.

Over the course of my full kitchen/bathroom remodel I used Damian and his guys for the important job of removing a wall, framing and restructuring the support beams. My experience with them was by far the very best. They did a speedy and efficient job that passed both inspections the first time. Damian really went above and beyond to share his wisdom and information for parts of the project that he wasn't even working on, and I truly appreciated that kind of care and concern. When you're working on a remodel, it's so difficult to know what you're going to get, but I can assure you that you will be relieved that you made the choice to go with these guys for your project. I'm so thankful to Damian for his support and efficiency.

Damian DeLapp Builders remodeled our house on the hill and did a wonderful job. It wasn't just a small remodel – we went from 1,350 sq ft to over 5,000 sq ft! There is a lot involved in getting such a large project done, and Damian was professional throughout the entire job. He worked very well with the sometimes difficult city planning department and also with the inspectors and subs. I especially liked his thoroughness in making sure he was building exactly what we wanted. He supplied lots of good ideas on the finishing touches and really cared about the quality of the project.
Damian was at our house every day with the subs and did not leave them to work by themselves. He supervised every aspect of the building process and kept us well informed as to what the issues were. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for a hardworking and honest builder that can handle any building project (and make you feel good about it too).

Damian transformed our nice kitchen to a spectacular kitchen! He reworked all our appliance locations, removed our drop down ceiling, added wonderful new lighting and tons of cabinets! We couldn't be more happy. I included before and after pictures, see for yourself.

We gave Damian a call back in 2021 to put an approximately 17x14 addition onto our house. He was very punctual, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions (and phone calls!) Damian, Pascual, and the rest of his team did a PHENOMENAL JOB and the addition looks like it is totally original to the house. I honestly can’t believe it. Everyone who comes over always expresses how great it looks. If something small ever came up they took care of us right away. They say in construction you can only pick two: cost, time, or quality. But Damian Delapp Builders pretty much hits all three. I wish I would have been able to use them for more home projects. Damian Delapp Builders should absolutely be on top of your list for any construction related needs, I know he will be my first call. Even if it’s a project they don’t typically do, the information he gives is incredibly valuable. I would 100% recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Eric and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely on all the work they did in restoring and making our pool beautiful again at a great price. They repaired rocks, revised waterfalls and restored the rock colors making them better than ever. Abel worked with us in getting the colors and shading of the rocks to our preference and his crew was awesome. Highly recommended!
