Had two spots with sharpie pen marks . The Technician Tim,(Which ended up being the owner of the company) made my carpet look as good as new!

At first I was super excited how easy it was to get an appointment and how soon I could get them on-site. The day of the technician did not show. I called and it turns out he had a a dentist appointment and could not make it. I understand things happen but communication is key. I rescheduled for a Tuesday. On that Tuesday no show and no call again. Wouldn’t waist your time on this company.

They do great work for a fair price, are perfectly reliable and punctual, and the employees are very professional, friendly, and polite. We'll never hire anyone else to clean our carpets as long as they're in business. I recommend them to all.

Steve was great to work with on our pet damage. Unfortunately the first guy that came didn't do a good job repairing the damage to our Berber carpet, but Steve is a magician. Friendly, professional and skilled. I would recommend him without a doubt.

Have worked with cleaning companies in the past and was never satisfied. Maid for Bedford was recommended by my friend, who is very particular like I am. I took a chance and scheduled a deep cleaning on my 3 bd 2 ba. Gana and her partner went well above my expectations! Very detailed and thorough. Definitely booking them again.

5 stars! I’ll absolutely be using their service again. They even helped unclog my drain, which wasn’t part of the cleaning service. My kitchen counter was very dirty with lots of stains, and they did an amazing deep clean—everything looks brand new. I shared before-and-after photos for comparison.
