Very happy with these guys. Doug gave me a quote in the late afternoon and had my carpets looking good as new less than 24 hours later. Very competitive pricing, arrived on time, and had everything spotless without any hassle. I'll be calling Precision again when the time comes for sure.

I was looking for a local carpet cleaning company to clean my RV carpet and couch. I wasn’t expecting much of a response because it was a small job (35’ RV). I got an quick response from Doug at Precision Carpet. We worked out a time that fit my schedule. Doug was great!! He was professional and friendly. I had the carpet cleaned earlier this year, but they did a poor job. But Doug was able to get the dirty spots the first guys missed. I felt he really took pride in his work no matter how small my job was. Highly recommend his company!!

I had Precision Carpet & Tile come and clean our carpet and tile a few days ago. I called Doug and he was able to come out the next day. His pricing wasn’t the cheapest (close though) but he explained his process and why and it was worth it. My carpet looks almost new again after 7 years of 2 kids and a dog. The tile and grout shine! I had a great experience with Precision Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Communication was fantastic after I made my appointment, and they arrived on time. My shower needed some serious attention and now it looks brand new. While there, I asked if they had time to clean my area rugs and they were happy to do it I am so glad that I called Precision! Professional and great work!!

Moved into a new house and needed the carpets cleaned. Got some recommendations for Precision so we tried them and we did not regret it. Zack arrived on time, was professional, competent, and done in less time than we expected. The carpets looked great! There's also a lot of tile floors in the house, and Zack mentioned we might want to consider cleaning them, too. At first I thought he was just up selling us, but he did point out the difference in the color of the grout where the previous owners had an area rug laid down, so we decided to go ahead with it. Zack returned a few days later, again on time, and again did a great job. The difference after cleaning was like night and day. It was no upsell, the tile and grout needed to be cleaned. Great company, great work, great service. Highly recommended.

The technician was okay, but he missed some areas or didn't spend enough time on others. The worst part was that the technician told me that they don't do the front of the stairs when I asked, but he said it would look fine. When the carpet dried and the stairs looked dirty, I called the owner who said they didn't have the right part to do the stairs, but that they probably should get it. How can they use the name Precision Carpet Cleaning when they should call themselves Haphazard Carpet Cleaning.
Today I spoke with the owner again and he said he would call me back, but didn't. I understand that Fire and Ice is an HVAC company under the same ownership (ironically I also need the services of an HVAC company), however, I would be very hesitant to use another company under the same ownership from someone who doesn't have the correct work ethic and at least would have in their inventory the correct tools to clean the entire carpet in a "Precision" manner. The fact that they don't have the required equipment to clean carpets correctly makes it tougher for the technician and doesn't provide customers with as clean a carpet they should expect. Pricision Carpet Cleaning doesn't have all the professional equipment necessary to provide a carpet cleaning service that meets the required standards, but knowing that they can't get carpets professionally clean, they, nonetheless, collect their payment. When hiring a company to clean carpet, verify that they have all the professional equipment, including the tool that cleans the entire stairways, including the risers (front of the stairs).

We had our tile cleaned by Zach - he is amazing! He arrived early and worked hard to get it done.in 90 minutes . Very professional and provided us with education on how to clean and keep up the floors. Definitely a five star company for us.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
