I highly recommend this company for commercial window cleaning. I manage a two story office building that has a three story curtain wall and windows that had not been cleaned for many years. Zacch spent as much time as necessary to get the windows sparkling clean including removing scale, bird droppings and adhesive. He quickly, quietly and safely completed the work and everyone was incredibly pleased with the outcome.

Zack has done our windows several times and has done a beautiful job. He's courteous, friendly and very pleasant. I highly recommend Z's Window Cleaning. I will be using him again soon.

They were able to thoroughly clean heavily worn carpets that were beyond their time, and resuscitate them enough to last until a house remodel. Really grateful.

If I could give zero stars I would. They came Friday do clean my stairs, small hallway, and bedroom. As of Saturday there was a fowl smell from the stairs and carpets still soaked. The carpets also had a "film" on them. Phoned Monday morning, different person came and said "yes, carpets shouldn't be that wet and stated it didn't smell that bad". (Even though I had family over and were saying how bad it smelled. Almost as if dirty water was used. He came and went in a 45 min time span. Tuesday carpets (mainly stairs) STILL not dry. Wednesday - same. By this time my stairs wreak. I reach out to company and no response, NONE. Not even an apology. I left a voicemail and several texts.NOTHING! I had to call Stanley Steamer to try and help. They did their best but this company has caused damage to my home and they are ignoring it. It's even been a couple of weeks as I thought I would give them a minute to respond. Well here we are. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Beware full disclosure of cost is not given until the technician comes to your home. If you decide to cancel there is a $50 cancellation fee. The technicians were on time and professional, but Juliana in Customer Service is horrendous. After I attempted to speak to her regarding my dissatisfaction she hung up on me twice. Her behavior was extremely poor and she is a terrible representation of this company. Honesty and Respect is required for me to patronize any business and Precision Carpet failed miserably!

Called Doug out to get some spots out of the carpet 2 other carpet cleaners said wouldn't come out. He did some special treatment buffed it out it was gone. My customer is happy I'm happy. Definitely will use them for all future cleaning

Absolutely amazing! I am so happy with how fast they got back to me, I had an emergency to clean my carpets after my 2 year old decided to have a party with a Costco bottle of ketchup all over my carpets. They even cleaned my couch and made it look brand new. I recommend precision carpet and tile to anyone. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using you again!
