My water heater was leaking and wasn't sure who to call. Found these guys and called spoke to Jason. He lives in the area so he was here in under 20 minutes. He installed a new water heater and did a great job and the price was less then the other phone quotes I got.

We had an unexpected leak inside our spare bedroom flooring at nearly 11 o’clock o’clock at night. Jason answered and was very helpful advising us on what we should do immediately. He made our service a priority, very pleased with the consult and recommendations. Will use again in future.

Had a slab leak and gave Jason a call, he located the leak, closed it off and offered an alternative solution to reroute the water line. He did a great job and professional, I am completely satisfied. Definitely recommend! Thanks again.

We had 2 toilets that continued to run. I called Temescal Valley Plumbing Friday just after 6PM on Friday evening. Jay said he was not available till Monday 2-4. No problem. He then sent me an appointment for 2PM.

Jay called Monday afternoon at 1:55PM to “confirm” appointment and pick up repair parts and that he’d be there between 3 and 4.

At 4:15 he texted that he was running late…and was 30-45 minutes away. I called him back to find out he was just now at Home Depot to pick up parts. That put him at our location AFTER 5PM.

I canceled the appointment. If you’re going to specify a time (2PM)…then be a pro and try to make that time. Stuff happens…but playing fast and loose with your business (not to mention your customer’s time) just doesn’t work.

Can’t recommend.

Had to replace the wax ring on my toilet. Jay was very friendly and timely. Great job done at a reasonable price. I will call him again when I need a plumber.

My toilet was clogged while I had guests for my kids birthday party. Everyone I called wanted a minimum of $165 just to come out and diagnose the issue. I called Jay he came out no money upfront and hot my toilet cleared quick for $85 I definitely recommend Jay he is a professional responded quickly and got in and out in no time. Thank you Jay

Jay is a guy that checks all the boxes – answered phone, used tech to get pictures, knew exactly what was wrong & how to fix it, quoted me fair price, communicated well up to his arriving on time, explained what he was doing and did it. Would use a again and you won’t regret calling him either

Jason was great to work with. We had an irrigation valve stuck open that was flooding our yard; he took my call while he was on another job out of the area, but took the time to help me find the irrigation shut off. He came out the next day to fix the valve and a couple of running toilets, which he did at a fair price and while thoroughly explaining all the work he was doing. We decided to have him out again to replace a couple of other irrigation valves that were showing wear, and again he did a great job - even cleaning up the messy wiring from previous jobs. I would highly recommend giving him a call!

Jason came by and helped me install a new water pressure valve and also did some repairs on my water heater. Also I asked him to check my 3 leaky toilets while he was there. He completed all the work very efficiently, left the place clean and the value for the work done was great ! I highly recommend him!

Called Jason again today for apex pipe leak, came by within the hour, and repaired the leak before it got worse! Great service fair price!

Jay of Temescal Valley Plumbing just did a masterful job of installing our new Toto toilet. He was careful, thorough and spent extra time making sure the new flange and seal were properly set. The toilet is solidly mounted and works perfectly. The installation price was beyond fair and it included removing and hauling away the old toilet. We are completely satisfied and will certainly use this plumber in the area.

Jason went the extra mile to install our toilets. When I didn't have the right materials he drove to Home Depot to get what I needed. The job took a lot longer than expected because the toilets were an unusual model, but Jason didn't charge more. In fact, his price was half the estimate I got from another company. If you want an honest, fair, and skilled plumber, call Jason. You won't regret it!

It was a Friday night and I came home and my garage was flooded. Called J at Temescal Valley Plumbing. He lives in the neighborhood and he was there in 30 minutes. Found out my water heater burst and he went back to his shop and installed it same night. Price was half of what I was getting for late night emergency services. Highly recommended!!! I only like to use local businesses and J delivered.

Jason is a lifesaver!!! My kitchen sink was leaking, called Jason and he helped me right away!!! I was leaving out of town the next day and had to get my sink fixed ASAP! He went bought the faucet i liked and came and installed it right away!!! Talk about service!!!

HMS Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. I called them early on a Saturday at 8 am, and by 9:30, a technician was already at my house. Chris was extremely responsive, even attempting to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before realizing it required an expert. The techs who arrived went above and beyond to replace my shower valve without damaging the stucco or shower wall, ultimately saving me a significant amount of money. Once again we used this company. They were great. I texted Chris, the owner, on a Sunday and he responded and they were out the very next day. We needed a pressure regulator for our irrigation system installed. They did a fantastic job and once again would highly recommend them.
