Fernando was absolutely incredible to have come work on our plumbing needs. He was honest and immediately set to work it out. He was able to fix every issue we had in a timely manner and we are very happy with our experience.

Felipe confirmed the appointment this morning by texting he was on his way. On time and ready to do the annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. He completed the task and also educated me on the whole system. Five stars for a truly professional person and meeting a customer's expectation!

I had such a great experience with their Plumbing Concept! Both Martin, the technician, and Lori in the office were super friendly and professional. Martin came to fix a leaking faucet and replacing the shower cartridge. Everything works perfectly now. I really appreciate their kindness and quality work — highly recommend!
