Just an All Plumbing +Parts Place. Where plumbers go to get things for jobs Not like depot or lowes where they only sell complete items and you still need to install etc. Their great but Ferguson is a supply store . Which is great if you know what you need or they can help you . They can look up things for prices by name or description if need be.

The workers were really nice and understood what we wanted well. They were helpful in giving us advice even though they didnt have what we needed.

if you want to wait over 20 minutes come here. only 1 guy serving over 8 people in line. came around 10:30am too…

These guys are very helpful. If you know what you want they'll find it. If you don't know what you want they'll help figure it out and get it. Great customer service!

I've been going to Ferguson pipe for over 30 years. Yeah... it's really convenient to stop by HD or lowes for parts... but so many times I find the quality of their products lacking.... and many times they dont carry what I need.
Ferguson pipe carries major , well know brands that the pros depend on and if it's not in stock... it's ususlly available same or next day from their massive local warehouse. Their counter staff are knowledgeable and friendly and eager to help.
And unlike most plumbing supply houses they do sell to the public. They're open on Saturdays but only till noon... so dont wait too long and miss your chance. Definitely Five Stars !!

Orange county store and this store are like nite and day. The mid age short Hispanic and younger taller men that were at cash registers are like glorified stock boys. If u don't know exactly what you need these guys can't help u. And they are rude and arrogant too.

All ways have what I need to get the job done.

I was just helping my friend to buy all the stuff to replace the back flow valve stolen yesterday night in his rental units to reinstate the water service same day. They guide us in everything needed with instructions. Very knowledgeable people.

Dirty place basically they won't help you unless you have a part number.

First time visiting this place and it was a complete waste of time. Needed a part for a Gerber toilet and a friend of mine suggested Ferguson Plumbing because the carry Gerber parts. I doubled check their website and indeed they had the part I needed. When I show up, I asked the counter guys and they said it's on the back wall. Went to the back wall and they had every brand except Gerber. I went back to the counter and was told, oh we don't carry Gerber. Well, I won't be coming back here, I guess if you're not a contractor you don't fit in. Very poor employees.

Easy. Everything was easy. Verifying my Rheem tankless water heater was under warranty - easy. Scheduling & installation was easy. Pablo was on time, installed the unit, and cleaned up when he was done. I will use Plumbing Concepts again and will call them in a year to do the recommended yearly flush.
