Utterly disrespectful, low class, and rude.
The poor attitude, crude language, and dismissive ridicule was highly unusual and appalling.

These guys are a ripoff and after month they still kept our money. They charged us for a service they never finished. We would never recommend them for plumbing services.

Biggest rip off ever. $4200 job turned into $88,000 That's right. He wanted $88,000 to do the job. Do not, I repeat, DO not use Rush. He's a con artist that belongs in a carnival.

Daniel did a great job and very through in his investigations and explanations of what we could use in the future. Would work with them again.

Set an appointment and then never came. Called and they never picked up. Called another company to do the job.

Main water line leak. Ryan arrived on time and found where he thought the leak….he had to dig deep but he was right on and the leak fixed in no time! So happy with this company and employee!

THIS WAS SOMETHING DOWNEY HEATING & PLUMBING COULD NOT FIX AFTER BEING ON MY PROERTY A MONTH.LEAVING 15 FT DEEP HOLES & UN COVERED.JUST LEFT MY SERVICE LINE LEAKING.PILES OF DIRT HIGH SITTING ON MY LAWN.DESTROYED MY YARD..THANKS TOO NATE AS WELL...MATT THANKS FOR COVERING THE SERVICE LINE WITH CEMENT..IN THE FUTURE I WILL RECOMMEND& ONLY ALLOW FRACISSICA PLUMBING TO DO THE WORK IN MY HOME...GREAT GUYS! Very poor customer service and very poor overall service. A technician came to my house for a gas leak repair and when he arrived he left because he did not smell gas....... keep in mind he smelled like cigarettes and seemed to be in a rush. I had another company come out and they found the source of the problem and we’re able to repair the issue right away. Would not recommend anyone to use Frassica’s services.
