Plumbing reviews in Corona, California

Makeila the person who answers the phone is very rude,
Philip did a great job, very professional, I do appreciate his help. -
A wonderful company. They are consummate professionals, especially Dave Studer, and they work efficiently and cleanly. We had used at least five plumbing contractors before them and none of them measured up to Frassica. Call them and you will see for yourselves.

Russell and his partner showed up at 7:00 pm and found and fix my front yard leak by 8:30. Completely professional. I would highly recommend them!

The issue is with FRASSICA. They need to be removed from any list of plumbing contractors. They hire inexperienced 19 yo plumbers, do horrible service, lack of expertise and misleading customers and falsifying information shared between HOMESERVE clients. The BBB is aware of theses issues as well as other professional agencies.. FRASSICA blew smoke in HomeServe and got away clean.

Nate was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. He assessed the problem, kept me informed of his steps, and cleared out the plumbing. A very nice gentleman! Thank you Nate. My home insurance company informed Frassica of my bathroom sink problem. If I have anymore plumbing problems, I hope that I can ask to use the same company again.

I have already written a negative review on yelp, but was so dissatisfied with their service I felt obliged to write another one on a different site. They were contracted by Home Service Incorporated, a company recommended by Southern California Gas for repairs to defective gas lines outside of the main gas line to the meter. My pool man noted a corroded 1-in gas pipe to my pool heater, which had been underground until it came out to the heater and that portion of the pipe was thin, rusty and in danger of leaking. When the two Frassica plumbers arrived, he told me that it was not leaking at the present time so that he could not repair it according to his contract. Instead, he added a turn off valve coming from the house, which was unnecessary, since there was already a turn off valve to the gas near the pool, so his efforts were just redundant and a waste of time. He left without replacing a short segment of grass line, half of which came from an underground elbow, and left with an entirely unsatisfactory and unsafe situation as long as there was gas coming to the pool heater. Several days later, I called the man in charge of my pool heaters, who has been serving me for 20 years, and he dug out the defective line and did an excellent job of replacing it with a new pipe and elbows. See my review on Yelp for Frassica Plumbing, which contains multiple photos of the situation refused to repair

Adam went above and beyond to fix our problem. Really fast and efficient service for a difficult job. Very professional and courteous as well. Highly recommend. Thanks Adam!

I had a water main leak which I reported to HomeServe. Frassica sent out a plumber the following day, but then didn't follow up. After I made multiple calls, thye ultimately told me that the repair could be done 22 days later. The property is in an area of severe stage 3 drought conditions. No one could stay there without water. Neither Frassica nor HomeServe seemed to think that was a problem.

Frassica Plumbing was sent by our home protection plan HomeServe. I had advised HomeServe and Jordan the Person that scheduled the appointment from Frassica Plumbing that we had a leak but did not know where it was and that I wanted a leak detection plumber to come out. We have a Flume Smart Water Monitor that sent me several alerts advising we had a leak. I shared this information with both HomeServe and Jordan @ Frassica Plumbing. When the technician arrived he just kept asking me questions versus him trying to locate the leak. I advised that I had asked for a leak detection team and he did not seem to know what he was doing. He never checked the entire house he only checked the downstairs bathroom and a couple of water lines outside. That was it. He came back and said he was not sure where the leak was but that he found a drip on one of my water lines that was connected to a water bowl. I asked him to please fix it. He left for 15 or so minutes and when he returned he said he the insurance would not cover the repair. I told him that I did not think that was accurate as I have every coverage offered by HomeServe but nonetheless I told him I would just pay for the repair out of pocket. Just needed the problem fixed. He said he could not fix the problem if it is not covered by the insurance. That to be was ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available. I called the office and was told by Jade that the repair was the technicians call. I advised her that he was refusing and she proceeded to say that was his decision and they were too busy due to the holidays. I expressed my displeasure with her comments and lack of customer service but she could care less. The technician left and I received a call from Jordan per my request to speak to a manager. She advised that they do not do any repairs outside of what is covered by the insurance. I replied that was ludicrous. How does a plumbing business come out to service an issue and leave without addressing and fixing the issue? Whether they get paid by the insurance or the customer it should not matter. They should never leave a customer hanging with an unresolved issue. Especially in today's environment and the fact that we have a major drought how can a company be so unethical as to leave a leak unaddressed even when I was fully willing to pay for the repair. I will never allow HomeServe to send Frassica out again and I will be making sure that anyone and everyone I reach is aware of their lack of customer service and environmental ethics!!! Awful experience!

I had a main line failure in multiple spots. The technicians, Zach and Ray, were outstanding and completed the job professionally and efficiently. I also appreciated they took time to explain things to me when I asked. They had a tough dig as the dirt in Covina has a high clay concentration, and though being very tough, never heard them complain one time. They were the consummate professionals throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend them.
Thank You,

Zeb was the technician who came to replace the water heater. He was awesome, kind, professional, & quick. Thank you Zeb!!! 👏👌😊

Worst feeling ever when you find out that there is a pipe leaking under your homes slab..
We have a policy thru HomeServ who uses Frassica, Inc to handle my worst nightmare.
Russell was dispatched 1st to verify the call. He was able to verify the problem and actually found the area where the leak was located. Prepped the area. Then Angel was dispatched. Angel dug thru the slab, patched the pipe and filled the hole.
I have no idea how I would have gotten thru this without the Techs from Frassica!
Thanks!!

This is our second tone using Frassica through HomeServe USA. The service was outstanding and when we needed them for this emergency last Wednesday, they were here same day! Jose and his assistant worked efficiently and cleanly. Could not ask for a better experience! Highly recommended.

I had two great experiences with Frassica Plumbing. The first was with Nate and the followup appointment with Joshua. Nate and Joshua were both on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They took their time and searched for the source of an exterior water leak. They determined the source and we couldn’t have been happier with their services. Highly recommend Nate, Joshua and Frassica Plumbing.

I had a very postive experience with Frassica Plumbing, from responsivenesss to scheduling to actual service. Malachi and Jesse were the absolute best; friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all, very honest. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome Experience from Zach and Jose (his trainee from Merced)!! We were assigned to Frassica Plumbing by HomeServe our Exterior Plumbing warranty company. On Aug 2nd around 3:20ish they came to look into a water leak somewhere in our yard. They dug around the meter and found it immediately, it was an original pipe coming away from the city's meter. Unfortunately, in order to repair it they needed the city to come out to shut off the main valve. They left to go do a few other jobs while we waited for the city to arrive. When they came back at 6:14pm the city had yet to arrive but was enroute and they agreed to wait if it wasn't that long. Luckily the city arrived at 6:32pm. The tech actually needed a little help from the Zach and Jose as they had to remove the cement casing around the water meter in order to access the shut off valve which was beyond flooded in the hole. Once the valve was shut off Zach and Jose went to work and in just under 30 min they had it all repaired. What was also impressive was their clean up after the fact.... It was now 7pm on a Friday night, they made sure to clean up all the mud not only on the sidewalk but in the street and surrounding areas. Overall highly impressed by these two guys and would not hesitate to call them out in the future for any plumbing needs.

Kyle from Frassica plumbing came out to our house because the sewer pipe was backing up. He was honestly really professional and polite and kind and fixed the pipe very quick. I would highly recommend him to any one in the LA area.

My insurance company sent out Frassica to fix a leak that a local plumber said was outside and therefore covered. Their technician cut open my wall and believed it was inside. As a result, I would have to pay out of pocket. This was fine and I have called and emailed every day since being told that they will get back to me later in the day. Same thing again today—except, not today but sometime soon. Spoke to a manager who said, dispassionately that they could not even come for another week due to Thanksgiving. They had no care that the leak was continuing to soften my drywall as I waited,, causing more repair work. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Awful follow through and could not care less about customer service.

Thank you Phillip for diagnosing the leak coming from the upstairs bathroom which ended up being a bad angle stop. We were terrified the expanding water bubble would cause our ceiling to collapse, but thankfully the leaking has now stopped. Extra thanks for recommending a restoration company to fix the ceiling to make sure mold doesn’t happen. A+ service!!!
