If I could do 0 stars I would. My sewage pump stopped working. Frassica came out on 3/26/25. Sewage was pouring into my yard. Today is 6/21/2025. They installed a faulty pump. Appears they have zero experience. They called another plumber who said the pump was faulty. He rebuilt the pump. Frassica rewired the power circuit board for the pump but didn't know how to do it. They're not electricians! The pump failed. The circuit board fried. Other wires fried..could have caused a fire. I had to call an electrician to fix the wires. The pump failed many times since 3/26. It's STILL BROKEN! They don't return phone calls or texts. They just disappear! They walked away yesterday and said not their problem. A BIG heads up...American Home Shield and HomeServe home waranty uses them. If they assign Frassica ask for another plumber. ANY other plumber.

I had a gas line leak in my home, and had to go through Frassica Plumbing per my HomeServe insurance with SoCal Gas. There has been a hole in my ground since 11/21/22. It is now 1/23/23 almost February and they still have not been able to set up an inspection and complete the walkthrough and backfill of my backyard. In these 2 months, I have not received one call back from them, nor the promised follow ups. Instead I am calling every week to find out what's going on. Funny thing is that the city inspector showed up at my house on Christmas Eve and passed the project. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating. I get it, this isn't their home so they can care less. Hopefully this hole is filled before summer 2023. If you can't handle the work load, STOP TAKING ON MORE CONTRACTS THAT YOU CAN'T COMPLETE.

I an very pleased with this company from scheduling to the technician. The scheduler understood our concern and sent someone immediately. Tyler listened and then explained the process to me of how to resolve the leak. Tyler cannot find the leak easily so he requested for leak detection which Brian came the following day. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all possible scenarios and explained how to fix the leak. He works very fast and problem was resolve in no time. I would definitely recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Frassica Plumbing, and I must say, their service was exceptional. Kyle, in particular, stood out with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the process was smooth and efficient.

Kyle arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue with my plumbing. He disassembled the P-trap, ran a cable down the dirty arm for 30 feet, and thoroughly cleaned the P-trap. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. The repair was completed promptly, and my plumbing has been working perfectly ever since.

This is my second time using Frassica Plumbing, and they have consistently provided excellent service. I highly recommend Frassica Plumbing and Kyle for any plumbing needs. Their expertise, reliability, and excellent customer service make them a top choice in the industry.

My home insurance company assigned Frassica Plumbing to help with a water line leak. Jessica at the office was very helpful and was able to schedule a technician the same day! Phillip arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and professional while helping detect the leak. From the moment he arrived, Phillip took the time to explain what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am so grateful for his help and will definitely be using Frassica Plumbing again in the future!

August 21st SoCa Gas came out to my house because we detected the smell of gas, they shut off the gas due to detecting a gas leak on the house pipe. On August 23rd had to go through Frassica Inc per my Home Server ins. purchased through So.Ca gas. They came out dug a hole and kept on giving excuses on coming out to repair. Frassica inc worker Jordan said they were waiting on a permit from the city. After 28 days with No Gas( no hot showers, no stove, no dryer) Frassica finally sent a worker to repair a small piece of pipe, that took like 5 hours to repair. This place has awful service.

I recently had a big sewage issue and contacted HomeServe, who referred me to Frassica Plumbing Company. They came out quickly, dug up the area, and used a camera to find the problem.

I was really impressed by the entire team. Makila was friendly and helpful on the phone, and Joshua, the manager, was professional. The owner was also there today, which showed how much they care about their work.

Everyone was great! I highly recommend Frassica Plumbing for anyone who needs major plumbing work. They are professional, efficient, and keep everything clean. If I could give them a 7-star rating, I definitely would!
