1 star for infinity for not communicating. I would have called Moen to replace the parts for free and they’re charging me.

We recently had a system (water softener and conditioner) installed this past week. My wife and I were very satisfied with the overall service! From communication at the front office (Celine) to delivery and installation. Our plumber David who installed it did a great job with the installation process and explained what he would be doing during install. He also gave a detailed summary of how the systems works and how to care for it. Really top notch job!

Gene was very professional, informative, and thorough. I was glad that he had his own snake to finish the job. Thank you Gene I was able to learn a few more things about clearing a drain!
