Infinity Plumbing Design did a great job! Gene came by to fix a leak inside the garage wall and found the problem right away. He replaced a bad fitting and soldered a new one in—everything was tested and worked perfectly after. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and got the job done fast. I really appreciated the photos and detailed report too. Definitely recommend them if you need plumbing work done right!

Steve Moreno's he was excellent. He gave me information that was very important to me, especially when it comes to my warranty. He attempted to take care of the leak and the leak has stopped. I appreciate his help.

Great experience from the start. DR Horton partnered with Infinity plumbing to install toilets. I was having issues 3 months in on my guest restroom toilet downstairs. Steve Marinkos came to the house communicated well with us and his team regarding what my cost may be. Thankfully they did come to an agreement DR Horton would cover this one time issue. Steve marinkos cleared up debree that was built up in the pipe line of the toilet. Definitely a great guy and highly recommend. Also infinity sent over the cutest welcome home gift with a plunger pen and Coffee mug! Thank you!

Steve Marinos has truly gone above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the leak I had under my kitchen sink. He is extremely professional and worked hard to find out what part is damaged in my sink and made sure to have the new parts ordered and installed within a week. He even made sure to use shoe covers inside my home to keep it clean, and asked for paper towels to place under his equipment to make sure it doesn’t damage the counter tops when placed on top. Thank you for all your hard work Steve!

Tankless Water Heater Flush – Excellent Service

This was my first time (in a new home) having my tankless water heater flushed with Infinity, and I wanted to share positive feedback regarding Steve.

Steve was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and arrived about 30 minutes earlier than the expected service window of 8–10 a.m., which was a pleasant surprise as I had anticipated a later arrival. I truly appreciated his timeliness and the time he took to share his knowledge with us.

He thoroughly educated us on the O-rings, what to monitor, and what not to be concerned about, which was very helpful and reassuring. I will definitely be requesting Steve for future service visits.

Thank you again to Steve for the excellent service. And when he does decide to retire, I know Infinity will miss him dearly.

Steve Marinos and Gene Gallegos from Infinity Plumbing came by to check on our hot water heater which was not working. They came back again and replaced the tank with a brand new hot water heater. Great service, I highly recommend as Steve and Gene were very professional. Steve’s truck looked great too.

Pro plumbers came to my home to repair a toilet upstairs - Christian was extremely knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. After giving me some different options I chose what I felt was best and he got the job done within 2 hours or less. I will definitely call them back for future work that was recommended to me when I save some money up.

We had two pipes spring leaks at the same time. Pro Plumbers came out that day and were extremely helpful. They were very polite and patiently explained everything to us. They were also quite reasonable considering the scope of the situation. I would definitely recommend Pro Plumbers for any and all plumbing needs.

Abraham came early and clearly explained the process. He was also very professional and left my kitchen very clean and orderly after the repair was done. It was a little pricey but definitely worth the excellent job and knowledgeable crew.

Do NOT use them. I reached out for help on a leaky shower faucet. First, they were extremely friendly on the phone and helpful. They set up an 8-12 time frame the next day. Then, at about 10:30, they asked me to call them to confirm a time. I called them and informed them they already had a confirmed time frame, and in fact it was almost over (the window of time)! Anyway, the guy showed up pretty soon after that. Then, he gave me a quote (with ZERO itemization, mind you) of like $2,400 (roughly). However, it I wanted some membership, it would bring it down to “only” $2,200 roughly. I kicked the guy out of my house because that high of a price just didn’t pass the smell test. I ended up going with OneStop Plumbers. They are AMAZING. Great service, came out quickly, gave an honest quote of $268, and delivered the service at that price. Had I not known better, I would have been ripped off by over $2,000!!! BEWARE!!
