Dudes are nice, but all they do is treat symptoms. I don't need someone to snake the pipes every month for $100 each time. I can buy a snake for $200 once and do it myself. I need the problem solved by experts, so we stop having issues at all.

Suggest shopping around. Find a plumber that solves the problem, and when you do, let me know who that great plumber is so I can leave em 5 stars and use em exclusively in the future.
