He completed the report for the city. Kenneth was respectful of our home, knowledgeable and competent. It was a quick, easy process. Of all the companies I called, this company was most responsive to phone calls and emails, and also the best price I could find. So many positives.

I had a great experience with Kenneth. He came out to perform a backflow test and was very thorough. He also took the time to diagnose why our water pressure was unusually high and explained that the water pressure regulator was not working properly. He replaced it with a new regulator and made sure everything was functioning correctly before leaving. Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.

WOWWWWW!!!!! I've never in my life experienced such incredible customer service as I have with Amazing Force Plumbing. These individuals really care about their customers and the work they do, and it shows! Our water heater started leaking all over our garage, and the shut off valve for the water was broken. I was panicked and frantic, but I was in the very best hands! Danielle, the manager spent so much time working with me to get a plumber out the very next day to assess our situation and help us. We've had countless phone conversations, and she always calls me with any update. I felt like I could breathe a sigh of relief because I knew she really cared about us, and she was going to work hard until our situation was resolved. I've never experienced that from any company ever before. Brian, the plumber came out and spent so much time helping us with our leaking water heater, walking us through every part and every step. Kenneth, the plumbing manager got on the phone with me several times and was just absolutely awesome. They were so involved and provided such fantastic customer service. This team could teach lessons on leadership and customer engagement to other small businesses. I'm so incredibly grateful, and this has earned them a customer for life. I will always call them for any future plumbing issues because I know they will take care of my home and my family. The guys at Circle City Plumbing are amazing. They seem to be our neighborhood plumbers. I had a really bad leak. They came out to do the estimate and started work the next day. I needed a few more things fixed and they did those also. They were on time, efficient, professional and friendly. They did a great job and have checked on me to make sure everything is okay. I can not say enough good things about them. They are on speed dial for any issues I have.

Hands down the best plumbing company you can hire. My water heater took a major dump and called Circle City Plumbing. I spoke with Ever and he immediately got on it!

I had been wanting to upgrade from a traditional tank to a tankless water heater and Ever was able to give me all the information I needed to happily make the upgrade. He asked for some necessary information to come up with a game plan and and within a few hours Gerry showed up to my house to access the situation.

Gerry and Josh came out first thing the next day to work on the system. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done and cleaned up afterwards.

Marcos, the company owner, also stopped by to check on the guys. It was Valentine's Day. He was the last person I expected to see checking in on anybody, but there he was, also putting in work. It's always heartwarming to see the guys at the top out in the field getting their hands dirty.

Based on my interaction with everybody I spoke with from the company, it is very evident that the customer and their needs come first, regardless of time of day or whether it's a holiday or not.

From company owner, to field supervisor and field workers, you will be treated with the utmost respect and with a smile on each and every one of their faces. Make the call, you won't regret it!

Gerardo was very professional and did a great job with replacing the copper water line to refrigerator and Pablo did the drywall repair and it looks perfect.

The guys were here within a couple of hours with updates. They finished clearing the drain quickly. There was almost no noise, and they cleaned up. They were professional, polite and nicely dressed. They charged only $59!! I'd hire them again and I won't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for a job well done.

Circle City Plumbing was a bright light in a difficult situation. They have excellent communication, ensuring they explained the issue, the repair and how they would fix it. Their employees worked hard and finished the job to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond, working quickly and always did an excellent job cleaning up.

Josh showed up on time he assessed our issue cleared the drain, he was quick clean and professional, he also put on the work order that our kitchen drain had many years of build up, so that we can present it to the landlord, in hopes that he will pay for a hydrojet clean out. We will definitely recommend him to our neighbors

We have used this company for several issues on our property over the years. Recently we have repiped, installed a new water heater and whole property Halo5 water filter system .The prices are fair the work is quality and they have accurately diagnosed every issue we’ve had come up with our plumbing . The plumbers are professional and always put down drop clothes where they are working and put on shoe covers. They clean up after themselves without having to tell them to . Two workers had to stay overtime 2 hours to finish my job and they did without complaint or attitude on a Friday !!! Extremely professional . Quality work , customer service excellent . I recommend this company highly .
