My experience with Circle City Plumbing could not have been better. First off a live person answered the phone!
Josh was excellent. He was here when he said he would be, wore the foot booties to avoid tracking in any dirt, and did timely, excellent work. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. All other Plumbing contacts I’ve had in my phone are now deleted.

The service was amazing. The guy came went to work. I have to mention that I am a Deaf customer and the communication has been a breeze with Joshua. He was willing to work with me and explain the issues. He went under my house to inspect the pipes alongside unclogging the main kitchen pipe. Would come back!

Ryan showed up on a holiday and fixed my problem, left it better than he found it, and honored a coupon I got in the mail! If I ever have another plumbing issue, I am calling them!!

I just used them again, and they sent 4 guys and got a HUGE job done in one day and left everything very clean. It was raining under my house and they replaced the whole stretch from the kitchen to the sewer as well as resealing my toilets.

We had a rather urgent plumbing issue with our kitchen sink and Circle City got it taken care of quick and painlessly! The tech (I hope that's the right thing to call the awesome guy who came out) was really nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I work in a similar field, in that I go into people's houses and take care of things they can't or don't want to, and I definitely know the value of having someone who can not just be professional but also explain to people who don't know a thing about what's going on what needs to be done and why. We will definitely be return customers!

This is my second time using circle city plumbing and I have nothing but great things to say. They are HONEST, very thorough, explain everything in great detail and offer different pricing options. It’s hard to find a company like them anymore. Their customer service is top notch and their work is excellent. Easiest 5 stars to give

We had a small leak somewhere because our water usage kept going up. I also started to hear water running from our main going into the house.

Put out requests to a few companies and Circle City Plumbing was the fastest. They also called and showed up before the window they gave us.

They were very upfront with what they were going to do. They looked through the house and yard to see if they could pin point the leak. They determined it was in the main between the meter and the house. They started work and did their best to see if was an area that wouldn't cost too much. Unfortunately it was not, but they got right to work repairing it. The repair took more than a day, but they left a temp line so we weren't without water. The team of people they sent were great. Very communicative. They got the job done.

I will be going to them for my future plumbing needs.

Joshua arrived at the time I was given. He checked and found the clog. Very personable and professional. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

Josh just finished using a snake to pull out tons of hair from my bathtub drain. He came into my house wearing covers on his shoes and investigated the situation before deciding what to do. Spent a good amount of time and used the snake threw times to ensure a clean drain. After he finished I was called in to check his work. The bathroom was cleaned by Josh with Simple green and was spotless. Highly recommended

Joshua did a good job with the toilet water box and installed a new shower head. He is efficient, clean and fast. I really recommend this company Circle City

Fast, easy, quick and affordable! We had a bathtub that wasn't daining and Josh was able to fix it. Note to condo owners: Don't clean paint brushes in thd bath tub!

Circle City Plumbing was professional and was able to transparently price cost of a drain cleaning service for us. Got us scheduled fast for service. They also had a promo for the drain cleaning service. Joshua came out and was professional, friendly, and rapid with his work. Got the drain cleaned out, and everything working. Would recommend.

This plumber was great. They were able to accommodate a visit the same day for a slab leak that I had. The technician that arrived was very professional and put some boot covers before entering my house to keep my carpet and floors clean. I appreciate that attention to detail. The repairs were clearly explained and upfront pricing was given.

Thank You Circle City team, they came out last Friday to clean out my kitchen drain. Turns out my pipes from 1958 were no good and we are on a slab. They had to run an entire new line from the kitchen to the main line by the street. Ever and Marcos and Ryan all walked me through the process and did everything they said they were going to do. The concrete and stucco repair was done right. Ryan even went beyond and installed a new garbage disposal, toilet and dishwasher while he was out here. The price was decent and I have already referred them to friends and family. Will definitely use them again, just hopefully not anytime soon.

It started with a toilet that overflowed. Circle City came out that day to investigate. Unfortunately, we discovered it was a much larger issue (due to 50+ year old pipes). All of the guys working on the repairs were efficient, courteous and respectful of our property, and did a fantastic clean up job afterwards. Kudos to Ever, Pablo and the rest of the Circle City crew. Would definitely recommend them to others. In fact we already have!

Wow, such a good experience. Ryan arrived early and got started right away. He was kind and professional, even wearing boot covers in the house. Not only a good person, but great at his job. He was able to repair and replace our angle stops very quickly. Price was more than fair, considering how well he executed. We will absolutely be calling Circle City anytime we need help. No-brainer.

Ever and his crew were excellent. We contacted them for an emergency plumbing issue in one of our restrooms. They were not only flexible with our schedule but also eager to get the job done.

What started as a minor issue turned out to be a much bigger problem than we expected, but the crew’s clear and consistent communication made the process smooth.

We did encounter a hiccup when one of our rooms got flooded during the repairs. However, Ever took immediate action, handled the situation very professionally, and resolved it quickly.

Overall, we were very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to making things right.
