Derar & his team did a great job for us, highly recommend them. We tried to change our own garbage disposal & ended up with a leak and dishwasher air gap spitting out water. Derar fixed everything in less than an hour told us what we did wrong and charge was very reasonable compared to what others quoted me.

We have used Team Alpha several times. Dee and Moe have both been out to help repair stuck shower cartridges and the repairs have been quick and easy. Moe installed a new bathroom faucet and fixed a leak at the same time. Dee installed a whole house water filter which we love! I would highly recommend this family owned and operated business. It’s so nice to have a truthful and reliable local plumber.

Dee went above and beyond with this job. He showed up after hours to diagnose the problem, helped with my home warranty claim and being honest to give me an ultimate solution. His crew came on time, worked full day and re-piped whole house. They covered all appliances and furnitures and cleaned after their work. I highly recommend this team. They are Awesome!

I usually handle plumbing issues around my house and have never called a plumber before. It pained me to call one but I'm glad I did. I called Team Alpha with a very urgent drain problem in the evening and right away picked up and Derar was able to schedule a visit for the very next day. He returned my call the next morning to let me know he was arriving much earlier. He very quickly cleared the drain and had let me know the root cause. Had it not been caught i would have greater issues. He then sent a camera down the pipe to take pictures to show me. He then answered all my questions with regards to the damages and insurance coverages. Sure enough I have them a call and he was spot on. He then laid out my options and we agreed on a approach that ultimately would save me from having to destroy my kitchen floor and cabinets. He gave me a quote before he left and we scheduled for this past Labor day weekend. Again he called to say he was arriving a little earlier. He worked quickly and completed early and he made sure there were no leaks or issues and left it tidy. Derar and his team are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, professional and upfront. Addressed all my concerns and questions. He even pointed out my water heater is getting old and gave me tips on replacing it myself. I already recommended him to my neighbor. Without hesitation would give him a call should I have another plumbing issue or just to consult with him. Definitely exceeded expectations and was a pleasure to work with.
