Roto-Rooter tried to rip off my 82-year-old mom. They came out, looked at her problem, and handed her a quote for $6,000. Thankfully, I stepped in and called a licensed plumber who fixed the issue for $250—done, no drama, no upsell.

If anyone from Roto-Rooter wants to see the receipt from the real plumber, I’ll gladly show it. What I won’t tolerate is a company preying on elderly people, trying to scare them into paying thousands for something that should cost a fraction.

Shame on Roto-Rooter. I’ll never recommend them to anyone, and I’ll make sure people know how they treat seniors.
